Small hiccups in getting the OTPs can be solved rest looks fine

Using an automated system to help us navigate the ISO certification process and manage it efficiently saves me time.

They made the process very simple, the dashboard provides everything you need to know about the status. The product was very thoughtfully designed.

Nothing much, Liked everything that was there.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut team takes us through the whole compliance journey very proactively and the platform gives a real time report on where we are and also helps understand the gaps very effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the first year of Subscription and we are still half way through the certifications, nothing to dislike as of now

We are undergoing CISA, ISO27001 and SOC2 audits and scrut helps us do this in a very easy way

What do you like best about the product?
Both the monitoring platform and provided content (which was hugely helpful) seamlessly integrated with our service providers and were easy to customize as needed. I particularly appreciated the engagement and responsiveness of the Scrut team as they drove the project to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really complain as Scrut exceeded my expectations; On the few occasions where we had a question or concern regarding the automated platform the Scrut team were quick to engage and offer immediate solutions.

Compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001 - delivered without hassle, guesswork, or drama.

Scrut has been very helpful and an stress reliver for us. Hundreds of Compliance documents + evidences+ audit were handled seamlessly. They turned our nightmare into a beautiful journey. I would like to thank the team for being so supportive.

Scrut is helping us to manage end to end compliance and security threat management. The platform dashboards are very user friendly and make sure we don't miss out any aspect of our SOC2, GDPR or ISO27001 compliance

Policy templates were basic. It would be great if the design and template of the policies were professional. Same has been shared with CS associate and look forward to closure.
