The customization in the platform is good to have, their ISMS training portal is very convenient, we completed the training smoothly and easily

Not found any issues, it worked fine for us till the time we have used it

Few manual evidence collection can be avoided and I see the team working towards it.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut helped us with a very detailed gap assessment. Post which, they helped us in furnishing the policies as per the company's processes and procedures. It helped us manage within a record time and we could relate it pretty easily with all the requirements. The team is always helpful and helped us manage these end-to-end.

Nothing as such to dislike. The team is always ready to hop on a call whenever you require them. We had a wonderful experience so far.

The tool makes it really easy to understand everything, and is quite transparent in terms of compliance and security. The services are really good, constant communications, and follow ups. Overall very happy by the services.
