Majorly the tool would automate checks and let us know directly what neds to be addressed based on its severity

The application seemsto be laggy and un responsive sometimes

We were looking to be SOC2 compliant application for our clients for which we startedour journey with scrut
A good GRC platform for SOC2 and ISO certification
What do you like best about the product?
The whole process was smooth and easy going, had a few learning experiences by attending the ISMS training on the Scrut platform. Gained insights on safety measures. Had a great support from CSM.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the scrut platform I did not come across any dislikes because there was no hinderence in loading time while attending the ISMS training but i do feel it was a little lenghty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut automation automates and map all artifacts and policies as per the framework and it helps in maintaining and protecting the customers data and security. It is benefiting as it introduced me to new concepts of security measures.

the best thing about scrut is that it has all the information in the platform in a streamlined manner.

there is no Excel upload feature in vendor management for the user

scrut is trying to solve the business security by automating all policies and artifacts mapped. it also helps in maintaining and protecting the customer data security.

The clarity on the processes about the ISO certification makes the process easier for stakeholders to make it more precise and easier to track and approve on the platform.

The limited access to particular documents is something that makes the process a little less efficient.

The streamlined process and product ecosystem helped us in being compliant with the standards of ISO, GDPR, and SOC 2 in an efficient manner.
