What do you like best about the product?
The best features of Scrut are the following:
1. Aligning policies and procedures to specific ISMS manuals and then assigning the task to respective owners for continuous monitoring and improvement.

The settings button is not visible after the recent update (Apr23). Now this has been resolved.

Helping compliance easier for ISO 27001 and SOC as well as Cloud Compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation provided us multiple features on the one single page and one single application without having to do a lot of to-and-fro with ten different apps used by our business. This saved us a lot of time during the entire project implementation. An additional thing to mention is that the UI experience is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few issues related to ISMS security training were encountered, but those were resolved by the team in a timely manner.

Scrut Automation helped us in the implementation of SOC 2 and ISMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very comprehensive and easy to use. Several advanced features bundled in Scrut are otherwise costly on comparable products. Other than the tool, the onboarding team delivers a top-notch experience. I have never had such an excellent onboarding experience before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. This comment is to help the team evolve the solution. While the tool is straightforward to use, there are parts where feature discovery is a bit difficult and more education can generally be provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us migrate from an expensive vendor to their platform within 24 hours. The solution is helping us achieve ISO 27001 standard, SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, SOC 3 compliance, and Penetration testing.

Scrut is one of the best tool in space to maintain and automate your information security posture. We had a great service from the team and also helped us achieve our certification.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support and expertise of the Scrut automation team. User-friendly platform. Weekly meetings are scheduled to discuss any blocking points. Best value-for-money option on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The policy templates could be improved to better suit the local legislation and spelling (British English). More advice on solutions to better secure personal devices would be welcome, as security guidance is not always enough.

Scrut Automation is helping us to meet ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements. It is helping us to structure and secure our work environment and process. Hopefully, this restructuration will increase our business performance and growth.
