A Great Platform for Complaince.
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut's GRC platform helped us to stay up-to-date with ever-changing regulations and compliance requirements, reducing the overall risk.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We onboarded Scrut for implementing ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1 and SOC 2. The overall experience was good with the Scrut team.

What do you like best about the product?
Found I found more useful was the fact that many policy related templates were easily available in Vault that one could tweak for their organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform was very slow to load and overall UI can be much better

I completed my security training, which is the ISMS training through the platform. It was very informative and helped me to understand alot about compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there were login issues, but it was resolved once we updated it to the team.

The security training was easily completed with the help of PPT and the mcq questions were very helpful.

Till the time i completed my training i did not find any hickups to complete the training.

They have changed my mind about how quickly we can get compliance certifications and set a precedent now that it might be almost impossible to earn certificates in the future.

Main problem: Get SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliances for Levo.ai
Can't imagine doing that with spreadsheets in today's world and, as a small company, we don't have a fortune to spend on that.

Scrut: Solving the painpoint of Compliance!
What do you like best about the product?
The team was always available for all queries and questions & the platform made it easy to get us audit ready. The detailed modules available on the platform made it quite user-friendly and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of evidence part which was manual can be automated too rest all looked fine.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has been user-friendly and the interface is also intutive. The features are easy to use and understand. The team has been supportive since the day 1. Overall we are satisfied with the services offered

The Scrut platform lacks BGV related options and this was communicated to the Scrut engineering team. I hope the team gets that option available on the platform soon.

Sometimes the OTP issue occurs but the team was proactive to solve those
