What do you like best about the product?

Scrut helped our organization with ISO27001 certification and SOC 2 Type ll compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut has a very intuitive user module where you can single-handedly manage your information security posture. Scrut helped us with our SOC 2, GDPR, COCOA Compliances.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to dislike. The tool covers all the aspects of information security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is helping us with manage our information security compliances by helping us with achieving SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR and CCPA.
The scrut product is helping in taking care of our overall compliance requirements

A centralized compliance related documents and evidences are managed by the tool. This is helping us very much.

The whole process is a little comprehensive and takes time.

Scrut automation is helping in achieving the HIPPA compliance in TheDecisionLabs Prvt. Ltd.

The overall experience with the Scrut team was very good. The team is extremely responsive and quick to resolve our queries. Would recommend this to others as their compliance partner

The overall process can be improved to reduce communication bottlenecks. Currently, they use Slack but having a more systematic platform to track tasks can be useful.

Being Soc 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliant is a key requirement for our business and Scrut is helping us to achieve those goals

The end -to-end service provided by the team, the help received throughout the process, the relevant process and procedures followed throughout the given timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing per say that I have disliked during the process. The team has been helpful and cooperative and the overall calls that I have been on have always been productive.

What do you like best about the product?
All the engagements were great. From implementation to the final audit, there were no blockers. The engagements were so smooth that we could get the compliances within the timeline. Even the internal audit was exactly the same how an external audit is conducted. We got the confidence to get the external audit completed.

Nothing as such to dislike. We are so satisfied with the product and services offered by the Scrut team. We are looking at a very long engagement.

Scrut helped Graas.ai to get the ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR and PDPA compliances. They were so effective and kept the timeliness to get our compliances.
