Clarity's ISO & PCI Certification Good with proper communication.

Scrut Automation took us through the procedure of ISO and PCI. We are still work in progress.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small team & getting the SOC2 compliance done for the first time. Our team is spread across geographies & Scrut & their team has been a great help in taking things at a speed that works for us and keeping all our team members in the loop. Their platform is easy to understand & work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing so far. We have been working with a few folks from India as well as US teams & every call is smooth so far. We did have some initial hiccups & delays but those were mostly on our side than Scrut, they were accommodative of these delays & help us navigate through some of our initial challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Platform & the team is helping us achieve SOC 2 Type 2 Security compliance for our product & services. Having this compliance is like having a gold standard of security & helps us put the security-related questions from our prospects at rest. So it was critical for us to go ahead with a partner we could trust. After evaluating a few other vendors, we decided to go ahead with Scrut & are very happy with this decision.

Platform organizes compliance todos very well. The team is very prompt and helpful with queries and discussions.

1. Team can proactively update dependencies/templates

The best platform for SOC 2 and ISO compliance
What do you like best about the product?
We used Scrut Automation to get SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA. The process was fast and efficient, the customer success and implementation team was *incredible*, and their pricing was better than all of the other vendors we looked at in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Scrut product is newer than some of the other providers in the space which shows across some of the UX. That said, they more than make up for this with their fantastic service and customer support alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us achieve SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, ISO 27001 compliance, GDPR compliance, and CCPA compliance. They're experts in the space and were wonderful partners, guiding us and answering questions every step of the way.
Information Security Compliances made easy via Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
Something I really liked about Scrut was how easy the whole process to get ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance was made for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information security campaign was so easy to take up. As a feedback, we would love to see the ISMS training material anytime irrespective of the training period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped NeuralSpace to comply with GDPR and ISO 27001 with ease.
Awesome platform and great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut platform is very easy to use. The team is even more helpful, always ready to answer the most basic questions and provide necessary resources for us to understand. The entire process of getting certified in Year 1, and the subsequent recertification audit in Year 2 have been extremely seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. There were a few technical glitches which got resolved as soon as flagged to the team. At the same time, it would be great if vendor questionnaires show questions with ideal relevant risk rating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Platform helped us with end to end solutions to firstly achieve our ISO & SOC2 certifications and with the help of regular in depth audits, has helped us sail through Year 2. They have also helped us implement best practices across various verticals!

What do you like best about the product?
By providing real-time data and insights, Scrut's GRC platforms empower informed decision-making at all levels of our company, leading to more effective strategies and outcomes to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Test button feature in the Test section was disabled which lead to challenges during the cloud findings closure as we were not able to run the test manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation helped in redesigning our company process as per the global standards which led to increased productivity and enhanced performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
No hard dislikes but they could work on improving their pre-evaluation FAQs and checklist for audits. What they had provided was great but a few things could have been added there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we do not have an inhouse security and compliance team Scrut acts as an extended team for us. They monitor all possibe of security risks for us and help us getting compliant to them including going through vendor assesments.

The training part was very productive, as it tells you all about Information Security which is very important.

A few hiccups were faced like the loading of platform issue, and the loading of training but these issues were resolved by the Scrut team..
