Getting Soc2 Complaint
What do you like best about the product?
The inputs given by the scrut team was crystal clear and it helped us to get the SOC

We dint find any disliking issues in the inputs given by the team

It helped us to get the Soc in scheduled time and it benefitted to get the enterprise customers.
Scrut helped us getting SOC2 and GDPR
What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut will do automatic testing of cloud and all the policies required is screened with evidence automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such i love everything with scrut considering it helped to do the compliance process faster

Scrut helped us getting to know about compliance, and process to get the SOC2, GDPR faster

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards telling us what needs to be completed. Priya was absolutely wonderful to work with and answered all questions quickly. I look forward to working with her on Type 2 and then GDPR. We found the dashboard relatively easy to use. I would love to have a meeting with your product manager to give some more ideas on how to track timeline and project plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little unclear in the beginning what we needed to integrate with the platform and why.

Easy SOC 2 with responsive and helpful team
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut helped us automate many compliance tasks and organize our evidence collection into one portal. Integrations were easy to connect and had very detailed instructions.
The customer success team is very responsive and experienced. We were able to get all of our questions answered during weekly cadence calls and over email.
On top of that, Scrut easily provided the best value compared to any other GRC tools. We were able to achieve our compliance goals easily and without overpaying.

What do you dislike about the product?
All of the GRC automation tools will have automated tests, and some of them aren't relevant for us or needed manual clarification. It was easy to add a note or other clarification to those. It's not a huge deal because there isn't any software platform that will perfectly understand every company's exact infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation helped us achieve SOC 2 compliance. That helps us because some of our prospective customers have a vendor intake checklist that requires this.
Responsive Team & Smooth Audits – Excellent GRC Partner!
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Scrut for our compliance needs! The team is a pleasure to work with—shout out to project managers Apoorva and Priyanshi, and specialists Ishaan, Yogesh, and Lavanya. They’re responsible, patient, and go above and beyond to ensure everything is on track. Even though the team is based in India, they adjust to our US business hours (West Coast, early morning to early afternoon), making collaboration seamless and efficient.
The Scrut team provided hands-on support in preparing policies and collecting evidence for our audits. Their guidance throughout the process truly made a difference; they walked us through each step, answered every question, and made sure we were fully prepared.
Scrut platform is intuitive and easy to use. There are sometimes inconsistencies or bugs requiring manual support, but this is normal for any rapid evolving systems.
Total cost is very competitive. We compared quite a few GRC options before selecting Scrut.
Thanks to all their hard work and detailed preparation, our audits were smooth and painless. We saw great results and are now confidently moving forward with additional compliance frameworks using Scrut.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. During the course of 9 months, we've had several team member changes in project managers and specialists. The handovers were properly managed. A more stable project team still helps if Scrut resource allows.

What do you like best about the product?
Support was prompt, GRC tool by SCRUT helped getting ISO certificate faster. Shivam was helpful all along, five stars for him.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not impressed with SCRUT Agent as this was buggy

with the help of GRC platform helped us to acheieve certification faster. CSPM Module was good to help us know the gaps. Traning module was also good.

Scrut helped us with our journey towards SOC 2 Type 1 report and that will lead us into SOC 2 Type 2
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut made it easy to manage tasks, evidence, and policies. The overall structure and workflow were effective, with only a slight learning curve. Cloud integrations were especially valuable, eliminating much of the manual effort we would have otherwise faced.

Despite some hiccups here and there, mostly the learning curve on our part, it was great.
