What do you like best about the product?
This platform has simplified navigation for new users which makes it easy to manage compliances and the ease of the tool and user friendly.

Nothing as of now since the time I have used it.It is working fine for me

It helps in keeping up with Regulatory Standards. It has features which simplify document collection and organization in making audit faster, smoother, and less stressful.

User gets log off from the system in a very short span

It brings all the things that needs to be performed wrt an audit under a single platform.This helped us a lot to make sure that we are in line wrt any compliance or audit if we have any.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is very versatile and suitable for small businesses which do not have deep inhouse audit expertise. Implementation team is exceptionally knowledgable, collaborative and responsive. It was a pleasure to work with the team and platform.

More features in the platform as it grows further. Good luck to the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small and nimble team in heatlhcare space and needed a platform and team which can take the ambiguity out of compliance and provide us with a robust 1 size fits all for compliance requirements. Scrut has been our go to platform for these reasons and we are so glad we made the right choices.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of the CS and the product team we were able to achieve the ISO, SOC2, GDPR and HIPAA Standards with a breeze. The InfoSec team was quite responsive and helped us with all the doubts with all hand holding required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The evidence collection is a bit hectic for a small organisation but still the team helped us with whatever queries we had.

While the platform occasionally experiences minor UI bugs, these issues are non-critical and the development team consistently demonstrates quick responsiveness in addressing and resolving them.

Scrut Automation streamlined our complex multi-compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR) into a manageable process, eliminating the overwhelming complexity of handling these certifications simultaneously. Their platform and expert guidance significantly reduced the time and resources needed to achieve compliance, while ensuring our team gained lasting knowledge of compliance practices.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Scrut Automation is its user-friendly interface. It simplifies complex tasks, making automation accessible even for those who may not have extensive technical backgrounds
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs on their website related to the user dashboard. Please address these issues and implement measures to prevent them from occurring again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to give detail understanding about information security and i have learnt so many things regaring information security in their ISMS and GDPR training.

They don't give up on you until the job is done
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Scrut is the people and the process they follow, they stay on top of you and keep working with you until the job is done. Security compliance is not the most fun work, and so having someone constantly guiding and pushing you forward is very valuable. Getting our compliances is very important for our business, and I don't think we would have gotten them, at least not this quickly, without Scrut.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be a little confusing/annoying in places, but the helpful people make up for it.
