What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great experience working with the Scrut team. The team is highly available, responsive, and supportive, which has been instrumental in making our project successful.

The Scrut platform provides a very user-friendly dashboard that demystifies the complexity of PCI DSS and makes the implementation process much easier for our team. This ease of use has been a key factor in helping us progress quickly toward certification.

We also highly appreciate the continuous support from the Scrut team in meeting our deadlines and guiding us through the complexities of the process. Their commitment and collaboration have been invaluable in keeping us on track and confident in achieving our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have invoices available directly on the dashboard. This would add value by helping to automate financial processes

Scrut product helped to get PCI-DSS certified.

What do you like best about the product?
Their team consistently provided regular follow-ups and valuable suggestions, which played a significant role in helping us achieve compliance.

Throughout my entire experience, I haven't found a single aspect of Scrut that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to manually check the list of compliances to see where I am not compliant. The system provides a complete report, showing me exactly what I need to address and what I am already compliant with.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear instructions around adding evidences, automated tests for cloud compliance, pre populated template for polocies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud tests are sometimes outdated and not able to capture the entire information from the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a healthcare company, adhering to global standards is extremely important for us. Scrut enables us to manage compliance smoothly and with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut provides an great platform that makes managing compliance and risk frameworks much simpler. The automation features significantly reduce manual effort, while the dashboards give real-time visibility into compliance status. I particularly value the proactive alerts, easy integrations, and the strong support team that ensures quick resolution of queries. It helps streamline audits and saves a lot of time during evidence collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be improved for better usability. At times, employees miss completing one task and end up overlooking others. Pending tasks are not very prominently displayed, which makes it easy for them to be missed. Enhancing task visibility and reminders would improve the overall user experience

Scrut helps us streamline compliance management and automate evidence collection, which saves significant time during audits. It reduces manual effort, ensures better tracking of tasks, and gives us real-time visibility into our compliance status.

Streamlined compliance journey with Scrut

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut gave us a very clear step-by-step view of what was needed for ISO and SOC 2. The dashboard made it easy to assign owners, track tasks, and see overall progress without getting lost in spreadsheets.

The automation of evidence collection saved us a lot of manual work. For example, pulling security controls from our cloud accounts and tools was seamless, which cut down audit prep time drastically.

I really liked the guidance from the Scrut team. They didn’t just give us a tool, they actively helped us understand what auditors expect and how to prepare properly.

The platform keeps everything in one place – policies, tasks, controls, and evidence. It gave us confidence that we were always audit-ready instead of rushing last minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could use more integrations with developer and project management tools we use daily. That would save us from manually uploading a few items.

The initial onboarding felt slightly overwhelming because of the number of controls and tasks, but the Scrut team guided us through it well.

The UI is good, but sometimes I wish there were more shortcuts to quickly filter or search through tasks and evidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Scrut, keeping track of our ISO and SOC 2 compliance was all over the place — spreadsheets, emails, and shared drives. It was hard to know who was doing what and whether we had all the evidence ready for audits. Scrut made this so much easier. Everything is in one place, tasks are clear, and collecting evidence is mostly automated. It saves us time, keeps the team on the same page, and made our audits way less stressful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this product; it is an excellent choice for GRC. I have found it to be reliable and effective for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation lessens the manual workload involved in managing compliance by automating tasks such as evidence collection, control monitoring, and mapping requirements across various frameworks. This not only saves time and enhances accuracy, but also ensures the organization remains consistently audit-ready, helping to build stronger trust with both clients and regulators.
