Scrut automation helped in auditing technial and non technical aspects of organisations which helped in the achieving the ISO certification of the organisations.

What do you like best about the product?

Scrut Agent has some bugs & needs some more improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated platform with multiple integrations to have all the compliance documents.
Scrut helped us with our journey towards SOC 2 Type 1 report and that will lead us into SOC 2 Type 2
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut made it easy to manage tasks, evidence, and policies. The overall structure and workflow were effective, with only a slight learning curve. Cloud integrations were especially valuable, eliminating much of the manual effort we would have otherwise faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite some hiccups here and there, mostly the learning curve on our part, it was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. Once central place to magage all people, policies, evidences, training, etc.

Scrut team has been very helpful and has made sure that we do our regular compliance checks. Control view on the platform has been extremely helpful.

No dislikes as of now the team has been very supportive

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the process of gathering evidence saves a significant amount of time because it eliminates the need for manual labor during audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the reporting features are good, they would be even better with additional export customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be chaotic to manage several frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, but Scrut gave us clarity and control by centralizing everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut's ability to centralize policies, risks, controls, and audits in one location is fantastic. It gives our compliance posture actual visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on in the integration process, we encountered a few small sync lags, but the support staff quickly fixed them.

We can save countless hours during audits and lower the possibility of human error by automating evidence collection and compliance tracking with Scrut.

By keeping all of our policies, controls, and evidence readiBy keeping all of our policies, controls, and evidence readily available and audit-ready, Scrut has removed the need for back-and-forth emails with auditors.

Nice team to work with and gave guidance throughout the process. Would not be able to do it with out them.

Only downside is the accent is sometimes difficult to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a SaaS based provider for Human Services and were looking for a vendor to assist us with HIPAA compliance. After looking into several providers and talking to them, we thought Scrut might be the best fit, and they certainly did not disappoint. Scrut excels in automating evidence collection, policy management, and audit workflows. It integrated seamlessly with our tools like Office and Azure. The platform is very responsive, and the customer support is top-notch. Highly recommend them for your regulatory needs.

Linkage of policies , evidences , controls can be little more intuitive. But team will guide you initially on this part.
