What do you like best about the product?
The support we got from the team in the process of obtaining the ISO certificate is incredible. The platform which maintains all the ISO related policies , evidences and also performs tests on cloud services which helped us to find the security issues in the cloud platform. These kind of features of scrut automation platform helped us in obtaining the ISO certifiacte faster.

The scrut agent needs some improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation was key to achieving our SOC 2 certification. The process and overall experience were clear from start to finish, and the support provided at every step was exceptional. Any questions we had were quickly and efficiently resolved, which gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. The platform is intuitive and helped us manage compliance tasks effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about Scrut Automation. Everything was clear and easy to understand throughout the process. The platform and the support team provided everything we needed as we developed it.

The Scrut team was extremely helpful when guiding our small company through the processes needed to gain our certification. We have found them to be very helpful and proactive.

It did seem that on a few occasions, we thought we had everything completed, only to be informed we were still missing certain pieces of documentation.

Growing pains. It started not having all the feature we needed but with constant updates it's come an amazing tool

What do you like best about the product?
They are willing to help with most things. They've been relatively easy to work with given the time difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seemed to take a very long time to get simple things answered/done. They sometimes had solutions that did not work and felt as if they were a bit disorganized.

It is helping to cut down on some of the manual tasks to keep our company safe.
