What do you like best about the product?
The automation platform was intuitive and easy to use. Support from Siddhi was timely.

There was nothing I felt needed improvement

The platform and workflow process helped us better organize our company assets and also helped fill gaps in our SOC compliance
Scrut.io is great for ISO 27001/SOC 2 with strong evidence collection and control mapping.
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut.io’s biggest strength is their team—they’re true partners who guide you through compliance and audit prep without requiring deep security expertise. Their support makes it easy to stay on track and build confidence in your InfoSec program.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer platform, Scrut.io is still evolving—while that means occasional rough edges, it also means we’ve seen features rapidly improve based on our feedback. It's clear they’re listening and building fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation is solving the complexity and overhead of managing security compliance across frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Instead of manually tracking controls, collecting evidence, and preparing for audits, the platform automates much of that work through integrations, workflows, and real-time monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut has been helping kissht for past 3 years for the audits of ISO, SOC2 and other RBI related frameworks like SAR-DL. The CS team has been proactive to our request.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now we haven't face any issues though number of integration can be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is helping kissht for ISO,SOC-2 & SAR-DL.
Easy to use, good for achieving modern compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly, support and account management are responsive. It is quite easy to implement and transition to their model of GRC and get to a proper state of compliance. There is quite a few integration that fit very well our current ecosystem. The development and growth especially for the integrations is going in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are lacking like the integrated management of privacy and threat management. Work should be done on more integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help us achieve compliance with our standard and keep us up to date. Evidence system is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing automation and support team, with great knowledge. The tool itself is has a fantastic UI easy to use, and the implementation is super easy. I would definitely recommend this tool as a GRC for all sizes of enterprises and sectors

No dislikes so far, since the tool and the support team has done a great job

Seamless integration with cloud providers & Google Workspace. The dashboard makes it easy to quickly view the gaps & work on fixing those.

Policy editing can be made better. Also, the UI can be made more intuitive.
