Outstanding Experience with Scrut Automation
What do you like best about the product?
SmartKatch recently used Scrut for our risk and compliance management, and the experience was exceptional. The Scrut platform offers deep insights, a great seamless user experience, and a weekly outstanding support from the account Managers. It simplifies compliance and risk management for any organization size.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing could think of, everything was perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk and compliance management
Number of features , consultation & post implementation support
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features provided is very complete, so audits can be carried out just by looking at the data in the Scrut dashboard. Consultation and post-implementation support are easy to contact, carry out reviews, and be guided regularly once a week before the audit. Even after completing the audit, there is a monthly regular meeting to update what needs to be done next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Language barrier: it would be easier if there were Scrut teams from each country who used the Scrut dashboard, making it easier for users to communicate with the Scrut team in the process of reviewing existing SOPs & SOP documents that needed to be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies ISO recertification 27001:2002
Complete GRC Platform but still easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The completeness of the feature, the supported framework library, and a lot of charts for monitoring the progress and current compliance rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, it was a little bit confusing about where to start because of some of the technical terms like "Entities", "Framework", "Control", Policy",
However, after being explained and given some examples by the Scrut team, it's getting clearer for us on how to use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized platform for anything related to Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, so that we don't have to have separate policy/evidence for various difference compliance

The price of Scrut is very reasonable and our manager is very responsible. We obtained various certificates on time thanks to the Scrut platform.

Scrut has satisfied us in every aspect. We don't have dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut provided us with all the necessary policies and templates for documents to use. They conducted vulnerability testing, internal audits and managed the external audit as well. We were able to go from 0 to passing our compliance audits in just a few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platfrom can be quite confusing to navigate and it can take some time to learn your way around. It can be particularly tricky to find document templates related to given policies.

Scrut helped Hypertune get ISO, SOC2 and GDPR certifications.

Scrut platform's services and guidance from the team were very helpful to manage the security compliances.

There was not much, the platform was really convenient to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly and the modules like Audit, Security Awareness, and the Risk Management help us to maintain our compliance in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such till now. The platform has been self sufficient in helping us.

In order to mainain our security compliance, The scrut automation platform helps us to keep a regular check on the different modules such as evidences and policies. It also helps us to maintain the Cloud Compliance by providing a routine scan every 24 hours.

In today’s dynamic regulatory landscape, we needed a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform to streamline risk management, ensure regulatory adherence, and found Scrut as a perfect fit for that.

We didn;t find anything as dislike about scrut automation

We are undergoing SOC 2 Type II implementation and audit using Scrut platform and its services.
User Friendly Platform with meaningful human interface
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut serves as a digital repository and facilitating compilation of policies, evidences and findings in one place with full visibility on status. However it does equally well on the human front with a dedicated account manager who really puts you on track for the certifications. A classic combination of digital and human elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Everything was quite adequate for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the gap between human subject matter experts and a digital platform for all aspects of IT security, governance and admin. It gives a startup like us full visibility to our audit status and handholds us all the way from start to finish on the certifications journey.
