What do you like best about the product?
Scrut is helping our compliance team in making sure that all the compliance requirements are being met, also scrut has been helping various entities of Qapita for different certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downhills as of now.The team has been pretty supportive.

Scrut is helping Qapita for ISO SOC -2 and GDPR.

Scrut has been helping Vantage Circle for almost 3 years with our various compliance compliance request regarding Information Security and Privacy standards.

The Scrut risk module is a bit complicated and can be worked on more by the product team.

The platform has been getting regular updates which sometimes might get confusing but the team has been quite helpful.

A single platform to keep all your infosec compliance upto date and an great team to help set it up.

Workflows can be more flexible and a mobile app for the same can be a good option.

Software suite is quite exhaustive and approval processes are clear, get regular reminders for the pending tasks and integration with other softwares like Gsuite is easy. Support is available immediately to close the pending activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there is a delay in syncing changes within Google Workspace (Gsuite), such as newly added employees , So it creates confusion why my employee count is showing less .
