Smooth experience in getting our company SOC2 Certified.

What do you like best about the product?
The process of getting certified is easy, the team is proactive and helpful too. The automation tool is easy to use and self-explanatory. We managed to get our certificate on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the final report needed lots of reiteration. So, that took some time and more eyes. Attention to detail could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation is making it easy for companies to get compliance-ready. As a startup, we were looking to get compliant and we wanted the process to be seamless and hassle free.

What do you like best about the product?
- The experience is pretty smooth.
- The team is very proactive and gets things done in a timely manner.
- The UI is very intuitive and comprehensive.
- There are experienced professionals to help in drafting the policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The Platform should have proper help text and confirmation dialogs before important actions.
- Some of the cloud controls are a bit outdated. It requires updating at regular intervals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining all the compliance requirements for a SAAS platform. There are common controls for ISO, SOC-2, GDPR, PCI-DSS. This makes it easier for us to manage all the compliance policies and complete most of the assessments at once.
