The platform can evolve more, with more features and less human intervention. Hoping to see this in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to achieve SOC2 compliance for our company and Scrut Platform and team helped us seamlessly achieve this using their automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is having an easy user interface to operate and provides better navigation. The team at Scrut provides relevant guidance at every step and tries to make the compliance and audit journey very easy. They helped us in training and organising various sessions in our company to address to compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much, but I feel the tool should allow the user to make their own formats for maintaining different registers. All other feedback was taken by the team so there is nothing much to write about.

The fast-paced processes and steps of Scrut in helping the organizations move quickly towards resolving their compliance issues.

Nothing so far to dislike as they are doing their job very well.

Scrut helps in identifying the existing problems or issues in organizations and helps in overcoming those and meet the standard compliances that are mandatory to excel in the growth of the company.

- The platform works well. It would have been better with policy/document editor within portal.

The process from day one to certification was well managed. They helped with bringing lots of required processes in place for Information Security which helped us to achieve ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR compliances.

continuous improvement is the new normal in Our industry and scrut team has been adaptive in gathering those challenges and brainstorming on it to help us.

There are a few things that can be improved in the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
A centralised platform for compliance is very helpful, and the team are very responsive and were a great help from the beginning till after the audit. Their AWS and Gsuite integrations are also very useful in getting compliant
What do you dislike about the product?
We were early customers, so the platform had some UI issues, but those are mostly fixed now. Look forward to further features on the platform as well as UI/UX improvements

Scrut helped us get ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified. Their platform allows centralised upload of policies, evidences and network tests, as well as security training for employees.

The process of getting certified is easy, the team is proactive and helpful too. The automation tool is easy to use and self-explanatory. We managed to get our certificate on time.

Creating the final report needed lots of reiteration. So, that took some time and more eyes. Attention to detail could be improved.

Scrut Automation is making it easy for companies to get compliance-ready. As a startup, we were looking to get compliant and we wanted the process to be seamless and hassle free.
