What do you dislike about the product?
Srcut Platform requires some improvements. such as simplifying onboarding and offboarding of the employees and conducting the training for all the employees. rest all looks good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us and maintaining our information security compliance for GDPR and other.

Scrut automation helped us in setting up our policies and managing all security management tasks using their platform with ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I did not find anything to dislike on the platform. At best, Integration with Jira is something that the company can put on their Integration page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me with my SOC2 and GDPR compliance, converting my manual evidence into an automated mechanism and setting up reminders for my various review tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I got to work with some of the most professional members in the industry and got my certifications in the committed timeline. We got to implement efficient processes across different verticals of the organisation with the help of Scrut Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the implementation was remote. It would have been more helpful if the collaboration had happened offline, in office. But again, due to COVID, it was understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To implement processes and compliances for ISO27001, ISO9001, 27018, 27017, HIPAA and GDPR
SOC2 Type II compliance journey made easy by Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut platform helped easily maintain a single repository for all complaince documents, evidence/artefacts/assessments on the vulnerabilities. At any given time, we know the complaince status for different services and remediation descriptions, which helps to take required actions in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to dislike. The Scrut platform and the team are really helpful and can make the complaince journey smoother and faster. The team has been supportive throughout the implementation phase and ongoing basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came across Scrut while searching for a partner / security advisor to help us with SOC2 Type II compliance. We never thought SOC2 Type II compliance could have been achieved with such ease. Scrut platform gave an assessment on the vulnerabilities which might have taken a much longer time to manually identify and mitigate.
Thanks to the team's expert guidance and continuous support starting from the gap analysis till evidence collection and audit as well as post audit, Scrut team made our Compliance journey smoother and really faster than anticipated.

Helped us significantly simplify our SOC2 compliance efforts
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that we were able to get a quick read on where we stand as soon as we connected our cloud provider accounts when we got started.
We were able to track compliance progress, publish policies and procedures and track the status of those via the dashboard. I also like that there is an experienced team that guided us through the process, alongside all the automation and continued to give us input for our specific architecture.
While we signed up with them for SOC 2 help, they also pointed out items that would be relevant for ISO 27001 as we went along, which I found helpful to keep an eye out for the future.
They also made the SOC 2 external audit process very seamless, through their automation platform. The auditor was able to get most of the evidence items through the dashboard, which helped save a lot of time, back and forth and kept our conversations focused and productive.
I liked that they gave us a good time estimate for the compliance and audit process and kept to it.

There were a few false positives in the automation platform when it detected non-compliant items with our cloud provider accounts. So the team asked us to ignore a few of these manually, while they looked into it on their side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we attracted more enterprise customers, we started getting asked for SOC 2 compliance frequently. But we didn't pursue it for the longest time because of the time and effort involved in any compliance effort, based on past experiences. When we spoke to Scrut, they helped us see how they can simplify SOC 2 compliance for us, through their automation platform and the collective experience of their team members.
Now that we're SOC2 compliant, we're able to provide services to other SOC 2 compliant enterprises.

Great Platform to manage all the compliance requirements at one place
What do you like best about the product?
We were earlier storing our compliance evidence in Google Drive in various folders and would lose track when the versions were updated, but now it is all at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major problems as such. Needed to work with the team to retrigger the AWS security audits. Ideally, a button could be provided in the dashboard to retrigger the AWS audits automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut provides a one-stop dashboard to monitor all our compliance documentation, evidence and has helped us manage our compliance needs better. This helped us immensely in our ISO surveillance audit.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation has helped us get ISO and SOC2 Complaint within weeks where else this would have taken months to achieve this. Scrut helped us achieve our goals hassle-free and also helped us always with all our queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike here, the folks are energetic, the customer success team is proactive. The manual tasks in the platform is tiring sometimes, wish the UI goes through a change soon to enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We at CEDCOSS are looking for security compliances and specially SOC2 and ISO27001 and then our search ends at SCRUT. The team is highly qualified with a bunch of experienced guys who makes this possible.

There were some repetitive tasks on the platform which could have been avoided.
There was no policy editor available in the platform, as we had to make the changes offline and upload it manually into the platform.
