Amazing customer service and friendly staff!
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that the staff helped out with any template we needed and all the policies were professional and easy to modify. The staff made us feel like we were the priority by answering any question we had as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is that the dates were formatted to the Indian standards, and it would have been better if it was in a universal format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on getting our SOC 2 Type 2 certification.

Impeccable services and throughout support!
What do you like best about the product?
We partnered with Scrut for our ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 & SOC 3 certifications. The overall experience with product, team and support was amazing throughout our compliance process. Would appreciate the Scrut team for helping us to get it done on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing much to dislike, as we worked with experienced people from this domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We partnered with scrut to set up our security posture, which was beautifully done without any major hindrance.

What do you like best about the product?
The initial interaction to what we started and the process has been good and smooth. With dedicated engagement resources, it's been helpful towards our goal.

There's nothing as such for now that I dont like. The engagement so far is good.

Scrut helped us in putting and setting up all the things related to our security and complaince requirements, which helped us to project us as an established trusted business partner infront of our clients.

We faced couple of small issues in beggining of the starting process with the scrut tool, but moving forward the team was able to manage and fix it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was no standard process setup before, but with the help of Scrut team we were able to setup standardise process to serve our customer better in Fintech space.

What do you like best about the product?
There was a timely response to queries. This platform is helpful. Their team assisted in the entire process to obtain the certificates efficiently. They helped us to identify and implement the best industry practises.

UI of the platform is good. However, a lot can be improved in terms of automating the entire flow of the compliance process.

Scrut is helping us to identify the security gaps and implement the best industry practices to ensure that all gaps have been properly plugged in.

Milestone achieved with the help of Team Scrut!
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut allows single screen dashboard where we can manage everything related to compliance very easily on the scrut GRC tool itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the cloud findings remediation we noticed that scrut platform doesn't show history of how many findings are closed on what day and time, I think that's a major improvement that platform lacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is the only tool that we are using to manage all our compliance needs, and we found that the tool was upto the mark in terms of GRC management on a single screen.
Security Certification on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super simple to use. The customer success team is very active & always there to help us with everything. It is also the cost-effective solution if compared with similar other platforms in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say. We had a few product feature requests & they have taken it up in their roadmap for the upcoming feature list. But all in all nothing specific that I disliked about the platform or the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have started working with Banking & Financial services companies & one of their top requirements was to have SOC2 & ISO27001 certifications in place. Scrut helps us with that in a concise time with their platform telling us what needs to be done.
