Fast and responsive team providing very good guidance throughout our compliance journey
What do you like best about the product?
We were very impressed with the responsiveness and helpful nature of the Scrut team. Each process was explained to us in detail. Our product requires multiple compliance requirements (ISO, SOC, GDPR & HIPAA), and they provided a hierarchical execution plan which maximizes our outcomes for the least effort. They were constantly aligned with our interests to help us achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this point. We have had a good experience and hope it continues throughout our compliance journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a data platform product and require multiple compliances (ISO, SOC, GDPR & HIPAA) to be able to serve our customers. This involves setting up processes at various levels, from engineering and IT infra to GTM. We needed a partner like Scrut to guide us through compliance and get the required certificates.

Scrut Automation rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
In the beginning stages, we were looking for a compliance vendor whose price is very reasonable and who provides top-notch service quality; I can happily say our research ended with Scout Automation, so the team has been excellent for now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security training part can be a little improved; it feels a bit outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut's GRC platform helped us assess process and technology-related risks and mitigate those with the help of their platform itself.

What do you like best about the product?
We were satisfied with the automation of GRC using the Scrut Platform, which helped us accelerate the certification process smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool improvisation was provided during the initial phase as feedback, and the Scrut team has provided improvisation support.

Scrut automation helps in maintaining the posture of an organization's Governance, Risk and Compliance, Supply chain and Risk management
Best Centralised Place for tracking compliance!!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard of the platform makes your life so easy to get such a hard process done at ease. Commendable job team
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few hiccups sometimes in the platform which can be ignored when they are trying to make it better day and night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We opted for ISO27001, GDPR and SOC-2 compliances with Scrut Automation for our organisation

What do you like best about the product?
The process was quite smooth and automated. Specially loved that we could integrate all our platforms and cloud services and get the rapid insights which not only helped in standardization but also incorporating best practices going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't notice any significant corrections in the Scrut tool or process. But the way the team is working am sure they will improve over time and fasten the overall process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the ease of keeping everything handy under one page is the major pros of Scrut GRC platform. Moreover, for someone who is in a leadership postion and wants to track the overall progress of their compliance process: that can also be done through Scrut platform
Must have assocaition if one is looking to get compliant!!!

The product is still evolving and needs minor changes.

Integration of cloud environment like Digital Ocean and others could still be deployed in the platform

Scrut Automation - well managed and equipped GRC platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut team was very professional and responsive throughout the process; we liked the Onboarding process. The way our CSM was able to gather all the necessary information to make us understand the efforts required from both parties in the beginning itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option available to upload the files in bulk on Scrut platform. I have given the feedback to the team and I hope it will be implemented soon.

Scrut platform solves the biggest challenge of maintaining risks and securities on their platform itself; being an enterprise, this was the biggest concern for us.

Nothing much to dislike as of now. Things are great!

Helping us in closing all the gaps that we have with obtaining Certifications and enabling industrial best practises and standards.
Scrut has a defined process for corporate compliance audit.

I like Scrut GRC platform the way it manages to showcase us department-wise progress made to track the completion status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish if Scrut platform would had been little bit more flexible and customizable, team has taken this as feedback. And said will come up with a solution at the earliest possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Scrut's frequent audit tests, we are improving our processes more fastly in a planned manner.
