Securely managing passwords at home and in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily and confidentially share passwords with colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking some UI/UX continuity between different applications (web browser, desktop, mobile)

An added layer to GDPR compliance
1Password has made our lives easier and more secure! Shared vaults have been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Shared Vaults is the most used feature by our team, with a few button clicks you can confidently share credentials with other team members.
OTP storage has made using 2FA super easy - also losing 2FA codes when moving phones is no longer an issue.
Multi-device apps and browser plugin makes using 1Password across devices super simple
Password generation and autosave on sign up is super seamless
The variety of items you can store ie credit cards, IDs, docs.
Watchtower gives us a good overview of password vulnerability for ourselves but also across the company domain

What do you dislike about the product?
Teams to Business is quite a big price change especially for a smaller company that would like the extra features
iPhone experience still seems a bit clunky ie you can't see a list of all your passwords easily
I find it quite difficult to link passwords to their apps on mobile devices so I have to manually find the logins
I'm forever recovery my team's accounts when they lose their master passwords and secret keys. A self-service option would be great to have for them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credential and Secure document sharing. 1Password allows us to securely send colleagues their login details. We also utilise vaults to ensure the correct people have access to shared credentials and accounts.

Give it a go! To get the most out of 1Password you should install the apps and browser plugins across your devices for the most seamless experience.

easy to use and share passwords and making it collaborative to work in teams

no free version or on prem version. Needs to be free

Collaboration is great
If you are a small business with a lot of logins, this is the way to do it

The simplicity of the UI and and how easy it is to add team members to the vaults and take away access when off boarding

It is not a free service but nothing good comes for free so not a big issue

We want to be secure in our logins and make it easy for managers and staff to sign into portals to get their work done. With 1password we can manage this easily and of course allow people to use secure passwords easily

I don't really use tags or favourites as I pretty much exclusively rely on it auto-filling everything for me.

All passwords in one place and across all device. Completely secure and very user friendly. Also give me great oversight of my users and ensures that our password policies are maintained and adhered to.
Watchtower feature is excellent for keeping an eye on compromised passwords and websites.
The personal vault option is also very useful and something I use on a regular basis.
Customer service has been very good - have never had to contact with any user issues however my account manager makes contact regularly and provides some excellent insights and tips.
The generate password function is excellent, as password requirements are becoming more and more tricky to adhere to - this function solves this issue for us completely.

Have not encountered any significant drawbacks to 1password. It would be useful to have an option to allow someone to retain data in a personal vault when removing them from company, but not essential.

No more writing down passwords, sharing user accounts, etc. From a compliance and security point of view I have reassurance that we're very secure. It's been very easy to set up and roll out throughout the company and various teams that we have.
We work with a lot of different companies each with their own online systems, and they require all our members of staff to have individual logins to access their systems. One Password has allowed us to manage this effectively, and move away from sharing of user accounts.

Don't hesitate! 1Password is a fantastic secure password solution. Fully embrace it and roll it out to everyone you can if you want secure passwords and need access to multiple online systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I have the worst memory remembering passwords, with 1Password I only need to remember one and I can make other logins more complex.

Can't think of anything, I find it pretty good

In the past I used to repeat the same password for different sites, which is not secure, now I don't have to do that.

I love the chrome browser extension. As a client success professional on calls with clients all day, the browser extension makes signing into different client accounts easy.

Truly there’s nothing I dislike. It’s safe and secure and east to use. Maybe the number of times I have to enter my password to check for a saved password but truly it’s awesome.

For me, 1Password has eliminated a major daily hassle—keeping track of countless logins and passwords. At work, we have a large number of accounts to handle, and 1Password makes it incredibly simple to organize and secure everything in one convenient location. I can log in and quickly access whatever I need, without constantly dealing with the frustration of forgotten passwords.
It truly saves me a great deal of time and stress, since everything I need is easily accessible and I have confidence in its security. Honestly, I can’t imagine trying to manage all those credentials without it anymore.
