Super useful password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient way to store/manage/share passwords
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there’s no free version, I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
− Create separate vaults for teams/departments/projects
− Able to also have OTP saved − no need to get phone each time. Also, good backup for OTP in case phone is lost/dead.
− Autofill feature
− Search feature is very convenient − global or per vault

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s more than you would expect. I was originally not sure why’d i need password manager, but this one is so convenient, that I now use it a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of direct contact with tech support. For the amount we are paying, we would expect to have a direct phone number or chat option to contact support when needed. Emails take too long to be answered, even if it is answered the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management and sharing among staff
1Password has helped improve my overall security in my professional and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
I love the cross platform support and being able to have access to my vaults on all of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one frustrating part is the differences in feature sets between native 1Password and 1Password X such as Touch ID support - but I do not know if that is a limitation of the OS or something 1Password can fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company we have switched over from having all our passwords in a central Wiki to using only 1Password. This has allowed us to reduce the legacy infrastructure we need to maintain to ensure our digital security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've been a long time 1Password user and ensuring I use it for the accounts in personal life as well as work life has led to an overall better practice in my security.

I really like how organized and simple it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the apple integration was a little more streamlined. It still works but can sometimes get mixed up with iCloud keychain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is essential to randomize your account passwords, but impossible to keep everything tracked down. This literally saves hours of frustration of recovering old passwords you can't remember, while keeping your account incredibly safe and easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
one-time passwords feature. I only need 1password for all! Prior to using 1password I had to have my phone near in order to use Google Authenticator and such. With 1password I have all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to allow 2 separate vaults for the basic plan. IOS application doesn't allow to link resources when the Desktop app does. That means that sometimes when I create I new Login using the phone I have to remember to edit it on the laptop if I want to link another resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting rid of having my passwords unsecured. Besides, I can use 1password on both my laptop and my phone, that's great. Having strong passwords skipping the annoying process of typing them manually to access sites.

I don't really have complains. I've been a user since the very first version on the App Store. Now I am a subscriber (company account).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing vaults in between teams in the company.

After trying many password manager, I've settled with 1password
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is very responsive. Autosuggestion on websites works better than other competitors, sync is awesome, and can import from other password managers by using CSV. Love the OTP feature as well
What do you dislike about the product?
There 1password extensions, and 1password X, which are similar, but different in some ways and that's confusing. Safari extension was difficult to figure out too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share credentials between team members, licenses, and secure notes related to processes

1password is so responsive that it beats all of the other competitors, you should definitively try it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy enough to use and it's personally encouraged me to keep all the passwords in sync, plus allows sharing passwords with the team members in a much safer and easier way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing passwords is still a little bit difficult and it creates some friction. It'd be great if one could change a password directly from 1Password. One could even let 1Password change passwords monthly.

Have different, safer passwords for all the services I sign up, with a straightforward way to access/use them.

We share passwords within the team, so we can develop the same software in a safe way
Solid and reliable experience, with some problems when updating extensions
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with macOS and Safari. It is very well integrated and have not produced any problem when used after installed. It is very easy to use and I think that everyone that has the opportunity to try 1Password should do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had problems when updating the extension. It usually stops working after updating and I have to restart the computer to continue using it. It only happens when updating.
Also, sometimes the extension can generate some random UI glitches which I detected. It is not too disturbing and usually it does not avoid myself to use the application properly, but I think it is something to take into account. I would try to improve those small bugs to make the experience more satisfying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for saving tons of secrets I use when working and it is needed to be properly manage: passwords, certificates, personal data, etc. I have know a unique and well organise place to have every secret while being very easily accesible.
After starting using 1Password, I don't spent so much time trying to remember those secrets. It seems like a really simple task but, when you realise the amount of time and energy you spent remembering and organising any other kind of system, it is very difficult to go back to that solution if you have 1Password now. It is one thing less to worry about, and that is great!
