What do you like best about the product?
LucidLink is a great tool for edge-connected workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no structural issues: LL has essentially proved trouble-free for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are essentially a "middle man" LL is a reliable partner for us in providing media transit
LucidLink saved us from lots of Autodesk troubles
What do you like best about the product?
The software operates quickly and reliably, and the support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were options for a longer backup history, though this isn't essential for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We faced ongoing difficulties hosting our Revit central files on various cloud solutions, as they frequently caused our models to crash. Since switching to Lucid, those problems have been resolved, and we have not experienced any issues.
Smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
Previously we used in house server which has lot of latency. But with LucidLink it is fast and reliable even from home. I like the mobile app that works with any network. I use it everyday from my workstation and home. It is easily replaced with our previous servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is no downside I have experienced since I have not yet worked with large files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved latency and soled the problem that required VPN for connecting to my office server which increased efficiency
LucidLink makes file delivery possible but has some definite issues
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share enormous amounts of data over the cloud server
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it stores data - by hiding it within your computer - needs more transparency and customizability. It could quickly fill/kill your entire hard drive if you're mounting many large files.

Use of large amounts of data that otherwise would take a very long time to upload
LucidLink: Seamless Cloud Storage for Creative Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
LucidLink completely changes how our team handles large media files. The expandable cloud storage feels limitless, so we no longer need to shuffle external drives or worry about server capacity. Files are available instantly, and syncing is lightning fast, even with massive video or design projects. It is especially impressive that multiple editors can work off the same shared link as if it were a local drive. For distributed creative teams, this kind of flexibility and performance is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve when setting up caching and permissions for larger teams, and a reliable internet connection is required to get the best performance. Beyond that, the experience has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing, expansive storage.
Use it for work! Its the best.

Ease of use between coworkers. Very easy to transfer files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes causes some crashes on Davinci. Don’t know if its fast enough to keep up with Exporting off of.

Scalable storage with smart automation and secure collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Managing large scale data can be a complex stuff especially when juggling capacity planning, backups and security. That's where lucidlink really stands out for me. It makes storage management effortless. It scales dynamically as my data grows so i never have to stress about capacity planning, storage just expands when i need it. I really value the built-in redundancy and snapshot features. Being able to clone and create snapshots means my data is protected and backups are simple now. Security is always a top priority and lucidlink delivers with file system level encryption. It gives me peace of mind that sensitive information is safe without adding extra complexity to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
lucidlink is fantastic for streaming data but because it streams instead of syncing, it relies heavily on network performance. On slower or unstable connections, working with large files can be challenging. It is not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind, if the network is reliable the platform really shines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my design files live in a single lucidlink workspace, so reviewers always access the latest version without manual syncing and no chasing for updates. When a designer updates a schematic or simulation result, it instantly available to everyone, no more need for manual uploads or version checks. Older design iterations automatically move to lower cost storage tiers keeping active files fast and accessible while optimizing costs. These automation eliminates delays and version conflicts, reduces manual effort and accelerates design review cycles. Instead of wasting hours preparing files, my engineering team can focus on what really matters like analysis and decision making. It is a huge productivity boost and makes collaboration feel effortless.

LucidLink fixes the annoying stuff about working with big files. You don’t have to download everything or keep juggling versions of the same file. It just streams the data you need straight from the cloud, so it feels like the file’s right there on your computer.

What do you like best about the product?
It mounts the cloud like a local drive. Without changing my workflow, it integrates with all my videos and editing software. God customer support and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the internet connection is unstable, the performance is bit low. Also, frequent updates interrupt the flow of my work.
