This was exactly the type of software our company needed!
What do you like best about the product?
A fast working cloud based server that allows our editors to share projects and assets, help each other out, and speed upload/downloads in a safe and secure way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the software on Apple M1,M2,M3's are near impossible. So many issues we encountered. Implementation was not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It was incredibly easy to setup and use. Especially from the standpoint of someone who had never ventured into setting up a cloud based drive for remote post prior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update schedules and information are a bit confusing - I'm not always sure when I should be updating the software and how it might impact my workflow as I use several apps in tandem with LucidLink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared post storage - it's vital to our editorial team that we are able to collaborate on projects in real time and this software is the perfect solution.
We moved our production workflow to LucidLink and it has solved a lot of our remote-work headaches
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and works as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes troubleshooting issues can take a while to resolve. And the platform doesnt have all the features I would like to see. However, I have been told these things are on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our employees can access the same data at the same now, regardless of their location globablly. It reallt cuts back on shipping drives and ingesting data to and from servers.

LL is everything we were hoping for:

What do you dislike about the product?
Our account was created through Escape Technologies and we can't pay by credit card, making the payment process rather slow and expensive due to additional taxes on wire transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both dropbox and google drive are very slow and unreliable: both crash when a lot of files are being transfered, have a lot of botlenecks and makes windows explorer very slow.
LL solved all those problems plus we were able to customize the full path of our shared folders, avoiding problmes like spaces in the name (that we can't change on both dropbox and gdrive).

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use would be top of the list, its just works and the whole team picked it up quickly. Works seem lessly for our team in Australia and New Zealand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing the App on corportate Mac hard process intially. When get locked out it is a killer - just lucky hasnt happened that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized working storage for team of 12 across 2 countries. Shared project work and snapshot reversable file retrieval.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can create access to specific files for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think it has a good price compared to competition, a bit expensive more for latin america market

Not a lot because the price went up really fast when we requiere more capacity, also for latin america is fairly expensive to keep on paying more and more

Easy to use and set up for the business. Staff were helpful for onboarding

Wish the integration with Google Cloud was easier

We did not have a proper storage place where we could collaborate together on videos, and LucidLink was able to solve this issue

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use and its performance.

Lucid forces us to change our habits, and that's what is Complicated in our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within our organization, it has allowed us to centralize all the creations of the graphic designers. For video, it has enabled much closer collaboration with freelancers outside the company. It has significantly simplified the infrastructure while securing it much more effectively, among other things, with the principle of Snapshot.
More than satisfied!
What do you like best about the product?
LucidLink has great support. We were given everything we needed to implement the system. It always runs super stable and if you need help to set up individual users differently, you get help quickly. The integration itself is fast (a few minus points for Mac users). Overall it is super easy to use and we use it every day with 110 employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The compatibility with Mac chips is still very awkward. Especially in a company like ours, where there are many remote employees. They have to go through the -not so complicated - process themselves. Sharing files with external people is still difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more broken Adobe projects, no more storage space problems, accessibility from anywhere, management of data and roles.
Excellent for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
we can easily work with remote freelancers on large files and they pick the system up very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
we had a system outage earlier this year that took a couple of days to fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with lots of remote freelancers and they can install and use LucidLink quickly and easily, getting access to our files but also we then have access to their files for further editing, removing the need for slow we transfers.
