Great personalisation software and I really enjoy working with the Qubit team!

What do you like best about the product?
Over the 2 years I have been working with Qubit, we have successfully rolled out personalisation experiences that have had a positive impact on site experience and KPI's. I enjoy the team collaboration from scoping new experiences (in-line with our business objectives) to implementation. The team are each great to work with and we are always collaborating together on ways to optimise BI tools, reports and the onsite experiences which is great for continuous learning and partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally can't say I dislike anything. Communication is always open for ways to improve experiences and the support team are readily on hand should we have any queries / issues that need resolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Qubit's software is designed to create bespoke personalised experiences, we have been doing a lot of work around segments and tailoring the right content and products to the right segment of customers. This allows us to use data to understand our customers more and provide her a bespoke experience. The benefits from this approach can be seen in positive KPI's around CVR and RPV. We have also seen positive engagement metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Holistic understanding of both brand and market

Team look to evolve product offering which best makes sense to the brand rather than have the brand adapt processes to fit the product

Lengthy release cycles (although understand this has recently been updated)
Time from concept to get experience live (although vastly improved YoY - I'm just impatient)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilize experiences to test UX/CRO concepts within Qubit rather than going through arduous and expensive development builds internally
Actionable Insights - use reporting weekly to determine merchandising strategies
Product Recommendations - opened up to show recommendations at variant level rather than existing parent level meaning only master SKUs are currently shown
Product Recommendations - monitoring effectiveness by consumer behaviour (or segment)
Social Proof - monitoring impact at various stages across customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
The service side of Qubit is second to none. We have strengthened our relationship year after year, with a dedicated strategist and project manager, nothing slips past the team. Between the in house and agency team we have all bases covered, and everyone remembers the little data quirks and issues we have, so experiences are recommended accurately. The designers at Qubit really understand the brand and are happy to take on any guidance from the brand team & designer in house, everyone works well together. We see great value in the tool itself, with ease of use and duplication of experiences across category we see good value for money. With Qubits new tool ATOM coming into play as well, they really are the CRO/Personalisation/Merchandising tool to watch out for, and get a demo with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve upon is the in tool reporting and end of roadmap reportingg, we strive to use GA in every report we do so we have one source of truth, and although Qubit integrates with this, it feels as though the team and company could do with further integration to truly engrain the use of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to test as velocity, we've moved from a 10 tests build purchased a year model to more than 45 tests being built per year. We are a small team, but Qubit are efficient and we have managed processes well in order to grow. We can address business issues in real-time by getting a test out of the door in under 2 weeks, to prove or disprove theories. We can also use experiences again and again, we can edit the content and look and feel to suit new needs, which saves us time and budget.

What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing collaboration between partner and brand, and the innovative ideas and support given by Qubit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to how much of the product you are able to use, but there are contract upgrade options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qubit we have been able to target customer segments that we were previously unable to do through our native capabilities. Qubit has overall improved our conversion rates and been responsible for a large amount of incremental revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Qubit has allowed us to rigorously test, analyze and implement new ideas to improve the customer experience on our store. The easy to use interface and key analysis from experiences has lead to large improvements to our conversion rate, in a range of different areas. The people we have worked with from Qubit, from our account manager, to product managers have also been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can only currently have one active campaign for product badging in the merchandising section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to make data driven decisions regarding key changes to the store. On multiple occasions Qubit has provided the tools we needed to gather data, that we would have struggled to obtain from other sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear communication from the team, opportunity to develop ideas further and great discussions on what optimisations can be made further
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the length of time for SOW creation and roll out of proposed plans. It still the best I’ve experienced though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combatting the limitations our CMS platform has whilst elevating the CX our customers have on site. In particular, being able to solve for specific gaps in our sites UX to improve conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytical reports and ease of use makes me enjoy the platform and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features may take a period of time and a lot of back and forth before coming into fruition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-selling has become easier, as well as retargeting. More sales.

Have a clear plan of what you would like to achieve and how you want to drive those goals.

What do you like best about the product?
First off, what really separates Qubit from the rest is the time and effort they place on getting to know your company, we don't work in the most glamorous sector but Qubit really impressed us with their first impressions and research. The presentations we receive that highlight our roadmaps are invaluable discussion pieces we really enjoy attending.

Qubit has the ability to solve issues in a way no other system or software has been able to get close to. Qubit saves us huge amounts of time and effort in large scale development by offering a solution for us to really enhance our customer journey.

We really appreciate Qubits on going approach to offering us more hands on solutions, so that we can implement our own experiences with greater flexibility, and they've really stuck by that offering as we're not able to manually input and change our experiences without the need to too much discussion.

Qubit is an incredibly interesting and sophisticated piece of technology, so we do run into issues but the support team behind the scene is incredibly responsive, and great at showing us any mistakes myself and the team have made when tinkering.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be hard to use without an account manager and a technical team, but luckily qubit has always solved any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the poor flexibility that our website CMS offers, Qubit is bypassing lengthy development times so that we can test and try solutions that drive conversions.

Amazing for personalisation and experimenting new features

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to experience different audiences and segments on various experiences and tests. The visual editor is great when wanting to make small, minor content changes and test the variations e.g TOV or different imagery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data visualisation and reporting could be much better. There's no data ranges, just 24 hours or lifetime. Would be good to see how an experience did last week when a change was made, or how it did vs last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's useful for quick fixes to prevent developer fees for parts of the site unaccessible from the CMS. But it also lets us check what big developments would look like before committing to the development phase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can be hefty to setup so requires a fair bit of patience, but the tool and results can be very rewarding.
