What do you like best about the product?
Minimalistic design of the platform (backend) which is super user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Unstable preview environment which most of the time didn't pops up correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Possibility to communicate custom messages to customers with an ad-hoc graphic layout
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform is ok and user friendly in the backend environment. Even with lots of experience loaded the usability speed is great.
Intuitive and smart - Setting up takes a while though
What do you like best about the product?
Once Qubit events are all set up and working, experiences are very easy to set up. Documentation is great too. Templating has really freed up time for our dev team to focus on other tasks rather than making many content changes. It's really easy to get your head around, very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Non-technical aspects of experience creation, such custom events etc could be easier to set up.
Primary set up is really important and it hasn't gone perfect. Follow up help to get this sorted has not been great. Also we can't seem to set up unique variables for our customers and just work based from set ones.
Experience CSS area doesn't work well on a SPA environment.

A/B tests. RTM messaging and Data collection. Segmentation has allowed for the use of template based experiences taking a lot of workload from Daily content editing dev tasks. We've even added permanent features to our user journey via Qubit avoiding the need for backend team involvement. Front end all the way!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Primary set up is important, don't rush into building without getting your foundation sorted.
Flexible platform, Integral to our testing strategy provided you have the relevant data
What do you like best about the product?
Qubit is a platform I have worked with for roughly 5-6 years. The main highlights for me have been the flexibility of amending/improving site UX aside from the regular deployment roadmap. I have launched promotions, patch fixed and A/B tested using segmented customers based on behaviour. Qubit comes with a wealth of algorithmic add ons aside from A/B testing that may or not benefit all businesses but are certainly worth looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's less of a dislike but where Qubit shines is in it's collaboration with your own data. I would highly recommend surfacing as much data to Qubit as you can in order to maximise the potential of your tests or segments. As above, Qubit does not just focus on testing but recommendations for product, retargeting and algorithm based engagement. I will caveat this with the fact that not all of these products may suit you, but if you partner up with a CRO agency who are proficient enough, they should be able to guide you, alongside Qubit's own services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing is an ongoing process and one that we have seen draw big results. Our base roadmap of site developments have been geared around test performance. Our goal is to use Qubit learnings to drive value of site development alongside our major projects. This not only ensures a clear roadmap but a happy and energised business who are confident the updates are justified based on our goals.
Intuitive and has given an extra level of control
What do you like best about the product?
Personalising the website using different segments and taken that to the next level with unique versions of the website experience for each segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Visual Editor could do more and it would be better to simply edit text rather than remove and replace blocks like you would in Google Chrome Inspector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The travel/leisure industry is very competitive and we are looking forward to creating even more personalised experiences to ensure our guests see the breaks and locations that's best for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Being able to create difference experiences to different audiences creates a whole new level of experiencing a website. Not just that, but using Qubit to create visual tweaks saves you time and money on dev costs and allows you to tailor your site exactly how you want it.
Great platform and service
What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge of the team at Qubit is exceptional. The flexibility of the platform sets it apart from others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration took longer than expected, this was mainly down to our developers not fully understanding what was required of them. This has set us back on the ability to test, but now we're getting through experiences quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing our conversion rate, we're able to test hypothesis, but also the flexibility is saving us money on development, within 15 minutes we can run experiences that support a business need that have been quoted at hours by our developers.
Great software for A/B testing
What do you like best about the product?
Qubit is utilized in the administration group to serve targeted performance, sector live visitors and test UI and UX theories. Presently, it is being utilized commonly to enhance worldwide personalisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless designers have much time to assign to producing tests in Qubit, online marketers might possibly discover easy tests restricted. I would advise having somebody in-house
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B tests and analyze all of them, it is quite a helpfull software with great attention to details.

Coveo Review
What do you like best about the product?
Coveo is a very user/customer friendly option for those looking to obtain information from multiple sources through a search engine. Its search ability is easy to implement and produces results in a fairly quick fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I mentioned that Coveo is fairly easy to implement, there is a learning curve associated with it that may frustrate some in the overall user process. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time planning, learning, and testing the software in order to be come a successful user in the long run. Expensive compared to other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely good at producing search results and pretty compatible with most things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth a try - make sure to plan time to really learn how to use the software to your advantage.
You could probably use Google
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't really get in the way of itself. It's a search engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tries too hard. You can probably do without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They wanted a comprehensive search for all documents and intranet sites.
