First, I like that Coveo works in different channels and makes it easy to enhance customer and employee experience.
It greatly improves customer self-service thanks to ease of searching, getting custom results and recommendations.
It supports customization and comes with amazing AI capabilities.
The tool also boosts employee productivity as it unified data and provides a single source for data access and no need for tiresome searches.

Coveo combines powerfull search capability with personalization. It is kt about finding information but it is even more about making the search exoerience intuitive and relevant to easch individual. It's AI driven insights help businesses to understand their data in a deeper way, which helps in imoroving decision making and boots effici9ency. Coveo has the good integration with other systems too.

Overall Coveo is working great as it is packed with more advanced features so it can be bit difficulty in the learning side.

It has solved us major Problem related to the issues of Silos. Earlier content were used to scattered into various system like internets, CRM and File servers, which was making it difficult to employee or client to locate what they need.
