What do you like best about the product?
As a QA Engineer at intalk.io, I find Coveo very reliable for delivering accurate and relevant search results. The platform's AI-driven recommendations help improve customer experience, and the integration to find information quickly, which aligns well with our product's goal of improving customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the setup and configuration can feel a bit complex for first-time users. The learning curve for customization is slightly steep, and documentation could be more details in certain areas. others than that, overall stability and performance are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Coveo, finding relevant information across platforms was time-consuming. With Coveo, our team and customers can acceess accurate data instantly, which saves time and improves productivity. It also enhances the customer experience within our product intalk.io by making self-service more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is very supportive and they guided us throughout the process. The product has been easy to integrate with Salesforce and perfectly blend with our existing functionality

What do you like best about the product?
The federated search capability is especially strong, helping users get to the right content fast with contextual, AI-powered results across fragmented data sources
What do you dislike about the product?
Coveo has a steep learning curve and often requires dedicated developer time to configure even moderately complex use cases. Documentation can be vague or outdated, and the admin interface isn’t as intuitive as it should be for a product at this level. Also, indexing delays and lack of true semantic search can frustrate users expecting modern, Google-like behavior.

Finally, the consumption-based pricing model makes it hard to predict costs—especially for enterprise-scale implementations

Coveo helps solve the challenge of information fragmentation across multiple systems—CRM, CMS, knowledge bases, and third-party apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Coveo allows us to create a unified index of all our product knowledge. Using Coveo's built-in permission models and customizations, we can then deliver that content in multiple ways. It is simple to dynamically filter search results and boost content based on user context. Setting up different search experiences is streamlined, and flexible. Coveo also has a robust set of connectors that have allowed us to connect to many different resources. Coveo also has excellent documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, new features have been released and then not updated or supported after a perieod of time. The Slack integration is one example. Some of the professional services engagements we have had burned through hours faster than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo allows us to give our customers, partners, and employees a single entry point to all of our product knowledge. It enables us to provide a consistent experience across channels and interactions by providing the same search and AI experience for end users no matter where they access our resources.
