Fantastic Sales Methodology

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about MEDDICC is the structure it brings to the sales processes. It directs focus on the important aspects of a deal (e.g., understanding the customer’s pain points, identifying key stakeholders, and identifying key metrics). I believe is vastly increases the likelihood of winning more deals. Lastly, I really appreciate how the methodology encourages a more customer-centric approach — aligning the value of Exiger's solutions with the customer’s real needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to state what I didn't like about MEDDICC, it can sometimes feel too structured, not allowing for a more consultative approach. That said, I had to dig deep to find something that I disliked about MEDDICC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's applying an actual sales methodology to our organization. Currently, we do not have a sales methodology.

What do you like best about the product?
MEDDICC (MEDDPICC) provided me with a broader, more enriching context, approach, and framework for engaging with customers and prospects in addressing their compelling events, associated challenges, and triangulating that with measurable value to accelerate the sales process to either a quicker disqualification or moving forward with an opportunity to enable a win for the various stakeholders within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
MEDDICC is top-tier sales training so it's difficult to find anything to dislike. Perhaps introducing real-world role play video/vignette examples showing what it's like without MEDDPICC vs. what it is like utilizing MEDDPICC could be helpful for students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MEDDICC (MEDDPICC) is providing my team and I with a broader context for strategizing account prospecting, mapping, and engagement. As we apply the MEDDICC (MEDDPICC) methodology and become more fluent in the language of MEDDICC (MEDDPICC) we are becoming more creative and mindful in how we navigate the contacts we are working with, their specific challenges, and how it all ties together for overall organizational impact resulting in a more consultative/trusted advisor approach which is elevating the perception the customers and prospects have of us and their interest in doing business with us.

MEDDICC Highly Recommended for SKO and Beyond

What do you like best about the product?
MEDDICC I have used in multiple roles. I've used it as a seller, sales leader, and in sales enablement. It creates a common language among peers internally at an organization to truly understand the makeup of a real opportunity and it also serves as a best approach for a customer experience with your company. MEDDICC can overlay with any other sales tools, approaches, processes that you might already have established and can also serve as a process on its own. It is flexible. The thing I like the most about MEDDICC is that if used consistently and with fidelity within a company, it is trackable, measurable, and you'll experience a lift in areas such as: decrease in time to close, qualifying out earlier, increase in deal size, and increase in deal conversion. It can be tracked in CRM systems as well. Leaders can use this as a tool to ensure they are also guiding their sellers to use it on every single deal. It teaches sellers to look at a deal through a more effective lens. It is very easy to implement, has outstanding customer support, and integrates well with areas of the business that already exist. I highly recommend MEDDICC as a long term solution to creating a customer centric and focused working environment. It should be used every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes as it relates to MEDDICC, but more of a wish list to watch MEDDICC continue to expand its customer offerings past the first year of implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MEDDICC is helping us build a consistent culture in the company that speaks the same language, ensures we are approaching the market with consistency while building trust and long term relationships with our customers by solving their unique problems.

MEDDICC changed the game for our GTM team

What do you like best about the product?
1) It's easy to understand and see where you can implement it
2) It's not just for sales, its a common language you can use across the GTM teams
3) The content is packaged and delivered in the most easy to digest manner with templates and deep dives for more.
4) MEDDICC the tool is a must have, it makes it easy for everyone to engage on a deal, learn, and forecast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not yet a SFDC application, but maybe thats something MEDDICC team ;)??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We suffered with longer unstructured deal cycles, but no more. We struggled with qualifying out, no more. We needed help understanding how to build champions, how to integrate this into co-sell and how to build better customer value across the journey, this helped us do that and bring customer experience into the fold.

Best Sales Training I have done

What do you like best about the product?
MEDDICC is an incredibly detailed way of looking at your deals. Using it has changed the way i interact with my customers, and enabled me to be a stronger seller.

The course was easy to consume at my own rate and i have no doubt i will be using the templates offered and the learnings in every deal going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides, it's a great course and well worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to control my deals in a totally different way. I think it has taken me to another level of sales person.

What do you like best about the product?
I just completed the new MEDDPICC Masterclass Certification for 2024! Over the years of leveraging MEDDPICC, I've found it to be a highly effective framework. I want to thank Andy Whyte and the MEDDICC team for the engaging and informative sessions and my fellow participants for the stimulating discussions and shared learning experiences.

As a sales leader, MEDDPICC provides a common language for my entire extended team, from solutions architects to C-suite executives, to collaborate on strategic deals, ultimately improving sales effectiveness, close rates, forecast accuracy, and velocity.

I look forward to continuing to leverage this phenomenal framework

I experienced no downsides to the MEDDICC training and thoroughly enjoyed it.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a powerful sales methodology designed to improve the efficiency and success of sales specifically in SAAS b2b.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It requires training and practice that can be a recurring task. Certain industries may find not this methodology very helpful wherein relationship-based selling is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement, Lead qualification, Deal qualification, by identifying pain points and decision criteria, sales teams can tailor their solutions to the customer's specific needs. Meddicc provides a clear framework for coaching and evaluating reps, managers and gap identification.

What do you like best about the product?
MEDDIC is a system that you can learn at your own pace and has amazing tools. Whether you are seasoned or new to sale this is a great step by step process on why relationships are important as well as asking the right questions.
Pim and Marie offer amazing Office Hour meetings the learnings on Value Pyramid, Pain, Metrics, etc. The reminders, engagement are wonderful and all who attend are encouraged to share because we all can learn from each other. These are great refresh classes as we always need to be reminded on the who, why, and what. Also don’t be afraid to ask questions because if you don't your competitor will.
Andy and Pim also do great LinkedIn trainings where they share the whys behind MEDDIC but more importantly how it can be used within our companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet ran into any dislikes on MEDDIC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MEDDIC is allowing us to have more meaningful conversations with our clients. Using the process, we know to ensure we have champions in our corner, asking the right questions to find the pain and present solutions. What MEDDIC also reminds us is that while we know how to find the pain and finding solutions, we need to ensure we are talking to the right people, know the decision and procurement process as well as who we are up against.
MEDDIC is an always learning process and being able to comeback review the PDF, tools this keeps our processes sharp.

What do you like best about the product?
The sessions were broken apart in easy to understand use videos and learning. Whether you are new to MEDDICC, or have been using it for many years, this is the class for you. Also, if you are in pre-sales, a Sales Engineer, or a Solution Engineer this is a must watch class for you. Do you want to partner with sales better to help create more revenue? If you do, take the time to learn and understand MEDDICC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time alotted to learn is best not to try and do this in one setting, you will not absorb as much if you do. Suggestion is to break this up over several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps sales and pre-sales speak the same language.

What do you like best about the product?
The course gave our sales professionals a comprehensive, strategic, and highly practical approach to engaging with prospects and levelling up their skills and awareness of priorities and outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of some of the modules might have been shorter. That said the content nevertheless was very engaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What set this course apart was its focus on real-world application and scenarios. Many of our personnel have had similar training before. The consistent feedback was that the content was engaging, relevant and immediately useful. The instructors didn’t just present theories; they shared proven strategies that our team could immediately implement.
We have seen marked improvement in our sales outcomes, with a notable increase in successful engagements and conversions.
