Great product
What do you like best about the product?
HxGN EAM makes capturing data easy for our site workers and helps to present real-time data which is useful for troubleshooting and group discussions regarding maintenance and reliability at our various sites
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific just the amount of work it takes to transition over from our previous interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to get real time data on dashboard rather than back flushing old spreadsheets to make BI dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
Infor EAM gives option to define different types of services contracts billings based on type maintenance like FOC(Free of Cost), Material Based only, Labour Based only, Warrenty based.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could have been more user friendly and would be great if Infor works on user help or e-learning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Option to segregate organization assets as per different billing types or assets which are out of warranty so that required action can taken before any breakdown

What do you like best about the product?
The feasibility of defining Object Structure from top to down, in order to get the complete picture of any big machine/ asset on a single application screen. This way we can idea about the working conditions of any component in the structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could have been more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Infor EAM gives the option to define different types of Maintenances in addition to Breakdown maintenance with respect to Object like Preventive Maintenance, Calendar based Maintenance.
Very mature application to cater asset management processes
What do you like best about the product?
It performs really well with daily work orders and corresponding processes, including maintenance and related activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that I dislike about this application.

Easy to implement, doesn't require any IT specialised resources user friendly system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike for such an excellent system.

First its providing best Assets register and hierarchy and have features to manage work orders from the same screen without moving to many different screens.

Best choice for your Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Infor EAM is the best tool for managing the assets in the organization. The best part of EAM is that it shows each and every little details about individual assets that how much cost has incurred on the asset, how many hours has this assets been worked on, how many and which of the labor has work on this asset and many more. Its shows you a history of assets that will help you forecast that whether the assets should be replaced or should it be continued, that will help you save an extra cost on the assets that are not reliable and should be replaced. Also it provides customization features, which helps end users to set up the screens and processes to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of EAM is that it didn't provide opensource code to make some amendments if required, you have to request to INFOR for any amendments like in Permit to Work process system allow users to upload document only when the status is Unfinished, but what if there is a requirement that before closing the permit user should upload a scanned signed copy of Permit from the Supervisor. In short you cannot change the system design. Also, the Review Work Request Screen from which user accepts or rejects the complaints doesn't have a auto refresh feature, user have click tun button manually in order to check is any new complaints arrived or not, that results in delay in attending the critical assets complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have realized is that I can check and schedule my labor and the tasks through the system. I can assign the tasks to the labor and they got notifications of the tasks. I can foresee the assets that are not worth to be worked on and need to be replace. I can check the history of every asset and many more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't rush into things, it takes time to understand the system better and realize the benefits the system is providing.

I mostly like flexibility of the application as I am developer you can customise this app in any manner and I like to do that part most.

It's mobile based platform they could have done better on top of the existing functionality.

I worked very closely with clients and stakeholders and resolve problems occurred during normal flow I performed change request based on modules I mostly works on

I think it is bit difficulty to understand the process / functionality for new users, once we understand the process it is helpful and user friendly.

Automate EAM user access review and auto grant MRC/ORG access for Admin user group
