What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly outdated UI, and sometimes it is hard to get the data out of EAM. you have to rely on datalake, power BI, etc.

It solves the issue on visibility of our assets. Previously there was no history on any work orders or equipment. Now we are able to gather data, see downtime, and do analysis on to improve performance.

Reliable, Intuitive, and Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Having worked with various EAM platforms over the past 20 years, Hexagon EAM has been the most enjoyable and efficient system I’ve used. Its familiar structure made onboarding and training straightforward, especially for users with prior EAM experience. The built-in screen designer is a standout feature. It allows for quick, targeted UI changes that can be deployed to specific user groups with ease. I use the system daily, and it continues to support our core operations reliably.
We are a SaaS customer, and their customer service has consistently been quick to respond, professional, and friendly. Our Customer Success Manager, Michael Ho, is one of the best I have ever worked with. He always makes sure that we feel heard and respected, and he goes above and beyond to support our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation has been the restricted integration options. Initially, we were limited to web service calls or the databridge server. This constrained our ability to connect with other systems. However, we’re currently testing Databridge Pro, which appears to resolve this issue by offering a broader range of integration capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hexagon EAM helps us efficiently track and maintain assets through both reactive work orders and preventive maintenance scheduling. It also manages the full lifecycle of parts used in asset upkeep, from purchasing to inventory storage, all within the same system. One of the most valuable features has been warranty tracking for specific assets, which has allowed us to identify coverage opportunities and save a considerable amount of money by avoiding unnecessary repair costs.
All in one Asset management solution

HxGN EAM provides a robust platform for asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order management. I like the ability to customize asset hierarchies and integrate with IoT data. The user interface is clean and user roles can be well defined. It also works well with SAP data for better decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial configuration can be complex, especially if you're migrating from legacy systems. The mobile version also has limitations in offline mode. Some training is required for end users to fully utilize all modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re using HxGN EAM to manage preventive maintenance schedules and asset life cycles at a hospital (AKUH). It has helped reduce equipment downtime and improves compliance tracking for audits. Workflows are now more transparent and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users are overwhelmed by the amount of data and organization of it. Often they are frustrated by the numbers of tabs and places where things need to be recorded. I wish there was a way to indicate required tabs so folks don’t have to go searching through everything.
