What do you like best about the product?
Fully automatic FAQ system.

reacts quickly to make customers happy.

Excellent communication with online shopping platforms.

Reduce workload of customer support by taking over repeated queries.

New AI agent for customer support is absolutely very good.

Lack of next level customization for small startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff works on development tasks more and answers same questions less often. It's help me to improve customer service experience with his chatbot.

Ease of access and functionality. Everything was a button click away.

The language translator feature didn't always work when needed.

What I like best about Zowie is how easy it is to connect with customers and solve their issues quickly. It keeps everything efficient

What I dislike about Zowie is that it can sometimes be a bit limited in features compared to other communication tools, which can make handling complex queries a bit tricky.

Zowie helps solve the problem of managing customer communications by keeping all interactions organized in one place.This makes it easier to track and respond to customer inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is built on a SaaS model, which gives me complete control over how it functions. I can make changes and add new content immediately, without waiting for the provider to do it for me. This gives me a better ability to control costs, as I don't incur additional expenses despite numerous changes
What do you dislike about the product?
What should be more developed is the reporting module. I find it lacking in terms of integration with BI tools or advanced reporting for managing chatbots for multiple brands across various markets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zowie solves the problem of supporting all the languages in which we serve our customers, and allows for quick and efficient implementation of changes without technical knowledge. The content is managed by the team responsible for training and service quality, so we don't need IT specialists to manage the tool.

Simple to use and understand

Design and UX can be better
Slow response from the team sometimes for special requests

Zowie allows us to build decision trees for customers and route the ticket to the most relevant team, while gathering all the info the team needs to resolve the issue

What do you like best about the product?
Zowie works really fast and it's technically well prepared. The software is very intuitive and easy in use. There is no problem with adding or editing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zowie confuses languages what may annoy our customers. There is no option to copy entire flow between enviroments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zowie provides basic information about how does our company works in order to decrease amount of contact with agents in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn all software.
Easy to changing flow and tekst for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not satysatcion of statistic.
And its not good to copy tekst, flow from one environment to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a special platform in jira to make a question and we have there an answered.

What do you like best about the product?
Self-configuration and changes can be made on the fly. Changes are displayed immediately on the company website.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of data has to be copied manually, without the possibility of mass data transfer.
