What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to extend the solution with different stores and functionalities, without break the core of the solution.
The support of the technical and customer reps is asome.
What do you dislike about the product?
To startup, WSO2 recomends to use a partner support. In our experience, is not the best choice, at least in LATAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perform the autentication and authorization of customer of the Company in the self-care channels and with content-providers, in an easy an stable way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate to train your internal team in the solution, instead of use the partners. At least in LATAM
