Handy Tool for Great Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy of use and the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of good save features make it difficult to undo changes if someone makes them and then resaves. Having a way to access previous saves would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue of one repository for all newsletters and outside communications we needed. It helped us centralize our work and be more productive and create more consistent output.
Great UI and ratio between cost and quality
What do you like best about the product?
At our company we implemented Ortto as a replacement for another similar system and everything have been better and more smooth than initially planned for.
We decided to change to Ortto as it was a much cheaper solution with better tailored to our needs.
After a months time on Ortto it's fair to conclude that the UI is in the absolute top. Thanks for bringing this to the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't come up with anything I would use the word Dislike to describe about Ortto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up sequences other similar systems cannot handle with a lot of work arounds and custom code.

User friendly- in theory
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is easy to navigate and looks straightforward. I can quickly and easily send campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't always accurate. For revenue, it will show any open opportunities with the clients that view the email, rather than sales generated directly from that email. this leads to inaccurate reporting. I also find it difficult to integrate ortto with salesforce. The integration is not smooth and a lot of things are lost in translation, causing a lot of backwork. I would also like there to be a clearer explanation on creating customer journeys and trigger emails so that we can get the most out of our orrto subscription as we can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ortto to send email campagns to our clients. I am not using ortto to its full capacity and would like a demo on how to build the assets I need to benefit my company the most

Our designer has made some really beautiful work through the template builder.

I haven't used it enough to know yet, I just review creative when it's ready.

We design and send our emails in it. I wasn't part of the selection process so not sure what it's solving.

Is a great platform to send emails in bulk. Warmed up data on there, very useful

Solid CRM with search and filter features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage a large list of contacts and assign different segments to different campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some screens seem to change regularly, giving the impression of "too many changes" going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large email list of subscribers to our content and removing those who want to be unsubscribed. Analyzing responses to our email campaigns.
It's fine but not that intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I really only use Ortto for a few things: adding contacts for lists, designing, and sending journeys (SMS.) I think the good parts of Ortto are how quick it can be to send a repeatable SMS message with different cohorts and slightly different messages. The screens load quickly which can be key at creating an effiicent workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is very not intuitive. It is much easier to clone an old journey than it is to create a new one. Also, the fact that I have to unclick the list that Ortto creates based on the name of the csv upload is annoying. I never want to use GOOGLE SHEET - TAB (2). csv as my list name
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an efficient tool for sending SMS messages based on list and time triggers. It solves this problem for us. It is an efficient tool compared to others, saving me time.
Confusing addition to autopilot
What do you like best about the product?
I don't use it, there has been no explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know how to use Ortto. I was an Autopilot user and Ortto has since taken over the platform. I would appreciate a training video to understand Ortto's capacities and how it works with Autopilot.

I am able to create email templates.

Robust system with automation and many integration out of the box. Very easy to use.

As an advanced user, I had to make some configuration with developers to make it work as I wanted.

They solve our task to do email marketing to our clients.
Great Customer Service Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Ortto allows for simple creation of automated email outreach. Any time our company has had any issues Ortto has been quick and responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I would like to see upgraded is the option to select portions of an audience based on parameters and send things via the selected portion without creating another audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is taking care of our need for consumer outreach without the need for constant maintenence.
