Marketing Automation in Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are plug/play; from there, you can get the data into audiences to start the journeys in a couple of minutes rather than creating tons of lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes from the documentation, you create an expectation that doesn't always show as imagined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping closing the gap with people that abandons the application enrollment
Good Automation but some design restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
Ortto's API function and segmentation capabilities are particularly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some restrictions in Ortto on how emails can be designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto allows us to build complete end-to-end customer journeys using automations. We supplement this with other touchpoints- like scheduled EDMs, SMS and phone calls - to deliver a high level of customer service.
Good tool, could be a bit more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Design Feature is good and easy to use, analytics and tracking tool are easy to analyze and review
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up recipients for campaigns is not very straightforward especially when working with a large database, but creating small campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is automating our customer journey and allows to send profressional looking emails
A novice learning how useful this software is
What do you like best about the product?
The process to create and implement a mailout, once set up is great. The tracking and data available on the recipients is impressive and this is a place I go quite a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for creating the Journeys is hectic. I still don't completely get it, but I have colleagues who can help and I am slowly learning how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a valuable and edm that gets close to the interaction we want. Getting the info to the correct people from our database. These are the big ones for me at least.
Somewhat difficult to use but some good features also
What do you like best about the product?
Albeit that there are about 3 different ways to access the data, the data is relatively thorough, and you can export lists of clicked, opened etc subscribers, which is helpful when targeting people again with eDMs or personal communications. The journeys are tricky to figure out initially but do function well enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are about 3 different ways to access email data which is just confusing - on the email manager page, in journeys and on the email itself sometimes. It's quite difficult to determine where you're meant to be downloading the data from. Uploading lists of subscribers/maintaining these lists can be quite difficult. The journeys management has pros and cons, but be careful to not get caught out with unsubscribes. It's very limited in its ability to handle unsubscribes, which can cause massive list issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing automation and email template builder have their unique perks, but once you get a hold of the system it is relatively straightforward to use. It solved some problems for us when marketing to customers, but in other areas - segmenting data, automated flows - it was a lot more difficult to get right.
good
What do you like best about the product?
the reporting/analytics. how it displays using images. Also like not how you can save rows
What do you dislike about the product?
fiddly to get the aesthetics right, therefore making it time consuming to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communicating with databse regularly
Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to duplicate journeys, good hot to videos which are helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit hard to use when you don't know how, not as user friendly as I would hope for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to send email journeys to subscribers
A swiss-army knife for dealing with your contacts and keeping in touch.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact it keeps giving me more options to reach out to my contacts. Also, keeping track of their actions through mail, socials, and website. I thought I knew it all but keep discovering more every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be overwhelming when you get started because of the crazy amount of options available. So you need to invest some serious time and effort to get everything out of this tool. Believe me, that time spent is worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to keep track of contacts and informing them about developments, and products. With all the options to automate tasks, it makes life easier and really takes the burden of jobs you would probably forget. These jobs will make a difference to how your clients views your support.
Great CRM with very responsive and helpful support
What do you like best about the product?
The support is very responsive and I can ask them for help either to figure out a solution to a problem I am solving or answer any question I may come up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I asked them to add a way to track the link clicks on our website which is currently not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is able to automate my customer journey. It can be action based through journey or sequential email through playbook. I am also able to track key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis. I am also able to customize activities to track. Their forms have been useful in building our email list
Great piece of software that’s easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The sequencing and automations. Also the ability to integrate with zapper for endless uses with other 3rd party softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having been moved over from autopilot, it's now slightly complex deciding which software of the 2 to use and what the benefits of Otto are over autopilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated email sequencing for marketing. Also regular weekly newsletter templating. It's good for monitoring how our clients are interacting with us.
