Does it what it needs to, but not much more.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to design stories, but thats about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't toggle stories on and off; need salesforce to unlock full functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic marketing-automation spam - thanks for signing up! complete your registration! you did X, we sent you Y, etc...
My Favorite Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to do everything we need. We can setup complex customer journeys quickly, and with confidence. The ability to automatically attach to an HTML form and make it functional saves a lot of time and allows us to insert complex forms anywhere without needing to have a separate form submission database.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are some organization features like folders, I feel that journeys can get a little crowded quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot allows us to schedule complex marketing automation sequences with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easier to use and more powerful than alternative marketing providers
Best and Worst for our product needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like setting a journey and forgetting about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
templates are hard to use unlike mailchimp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use autopilot to communicate with sites. the biggest benefit is setting and forgetting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great standard marketing tool.
Great simplified marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the automation builder is to use. Their guides and presets are an excellent way to get into marketing automation as well. I think and organize sales processes visually. If you're able to work in flow charts or like sketching out customer journeys, then this will be a great product for you. I was able to jump right in to creating automation campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as robust as some of the other more specialized tools such as Pardot. My partner who is a digital marketing expert is not a big fan of Autopilot because it is too simplified for her tastes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating transactional emails and follow up drip campaigns. The greatest benefit that I have seen is how the system allows pretty much anyone to pick it up quickly and use it. We don't have to wait for a specialist to spend time to navigate the system - the rest of the team can use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're interested in getting marketing automation for your company for the first time, then you should strongly consider Autopilot for your needs. It's an excellent, simple tool that will help you break into the concepts of automation in a sleek package. Definitely user friendly, Autopilot is useful for power users and the less technically inclined.
Solid when used for light marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, visual and intuitive. It's a really simple way to get started with email journeys. We used it well for responding to demo requests
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to deal with complex journeys. We've moved onto PersistIQ for outbound email and Hubspot for Marketing Automation, but still use Autopilot in places
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's been great for lightweight things, but we've moved on to other software for more complex journeys
Next level automation
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the integration with Slack. I like to be notified when I get new sign-ups on my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to see an easier way to send one off emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently tracking open rate for each individual customer. This allows to see who are the most engaged recipients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
zapier integration is amazing and a must with any email system
Some good some bad
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can automate some of the repetitive tasks in our email. We have a weekly reminder for a live webinar and autopilot has made it possible for me to set and almost forget it.
Additionally it is possible to automate new client journeys from their own sign up.
Additionally it is possible to automate new client journeys from their own sign up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit clunky. Some of the things I like best are actually things I've "hacked" the system to do because it's not designed to be used the way we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in touch with our existing clients and keeping them up to date on changes in our industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure you know how you plan to use this and evaluate carefully during your trial period. This probably isn't for everyone as is.
Affordable & Great Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
After using Mailchimp, transitioning to Autopilot really brought our marketing game to the next step. We can see detailed user behave, live actions on our website, and have the ability to really segment our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Salesforce integration was a little bit deeper, primarily with Campaigns. We've just started using Campaigns in Salesforce and I wish there was a way to add campaign members to a salesforce campaign via an Autopilot journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to step up our marketing game. With Autopilot, we've increased lead generation and have the tools to continue to revamp our marketing efforts and provide more tailored messaging to our prospects.
Remarkable
What do you like best about the product?
Gorgeous UI, powerful and perfectly priced, great for startups that need marketing automation but can't afford annual contracts and implementation fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some basic variable operators and campaign triggers. Support can be less than great if you have technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Form capture, email marketing, lead scoring and nurturing, lead funnel management, basic marketing performance analytics, 1-1 Salesforce integration.
Getting all of the above for a fraction of the cost of Autopilot's closest competitors is remarkable.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need more than what Mailchimp offers, get Autopilot.
If you want HubSpot but can't afford it, get Autopilot.
Thank me later ;)

Autopilot's High Flying Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough great things about the visual interface. Personally I am a visual learner and this program immediately caught my eye. The different trigger colors and shapes help the user to mentally organize what can definitely become a complicated build. I also am a big fan of the tracking feature. A lead can be tracked as they navigate the company's website and landing page exit points which provides great behavioral data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I had previously implemented the Proactive Headsup popup on our website I was using it along side another chat feature on the right hand side of the page. Autopilot's Proactive Headsup feature also showed up on the right side and I inquired if there was a way to move it to the left side so I could capitalize on both chat/questionnaire features. It seemed like a pretty simple ask and build but unfortunately couldn't be performed for me so I had to choose not to use the Proactive Headsup feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating awareness for our brand and products. We provide service for a product that many people aren't sure exists (pull out shelving) and can help organize their kitchen space while increasing space and accessibility. We use Autopilots' email automation to nurture leads captured through our ebook landing pages into a sale. We've realized the benefits of data collected around these 'awareness' users and have had some results with people searching for general product terminology eventually becoming design appointments and sales.
