Simple, Smart, Effective

What do you like best about the product?
The Journey builder is great. I've been able to easily configure my user-journeys and setup really smart looking campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see only emails relating to just the journey I'm building at the time... if you have multiple journeys or whatnot, it quickly gets unwieldy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating user onboarding, Automating renewal processes

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create a campaign (after set up).

Better tutorials and faster response to questions would be helpful.

It allows me to keep in touch w prospects on 'auto-pilot' after set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop journey building for non-developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will need a developer if you want to get more complex. But that's the same with every product.
Some minor issues that I feel they will fix as they grow.
no ability to do transactional emails that can pull information from a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get automation up and running without much tech help.

Incredible automation at a fraction of the price

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to draw automation like a flow chart. (White board your journeys)
What do you dislike about the product?
No liquid markup. Our customers are pediatric offices and medical groups and we have to duplicate journeys for doctors vs non doctors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have sales team concentrate on "bigger fish" because we can automate outreach to smaller prospects. BUT we are able to keep It personalized because of the easy to use salesforce integration and smart segments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a SaaS business and need a lighter tool than enterprise software (marketo,parrot) but a heavier tool than drip, this is a must.

Robust and easy

What do you like best about the product?
The UX of Autopilot is amazingly intuitive tu use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to gain direct access to the emails that are created and uploaded.
And the software is heavy, it slows my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to rely less on my Customer Happiness team to communicate with leads and clients. With Autopilot I am building journeys that can do the same task based different leads or customer data or actions.

What do you like best about the product?
It isn't like typical CRM and account based marketing. Instead everything is very campaign driven for marketing automation within a specific track. It really grows on you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I found myself wanting to import all my contacts and their personal identifiers but you have to use their tracking beacons. In the long run it is fine since that quickly gets picked up as soon as a user goes through an email or landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking all of our business contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is all point and click. That makes it very easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to learn all the features of the Autopilot and feel like I am receiving full value for what I am spending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and lead nurturing.

Check out their webinars. It is very helpful information to learn how to use it They offer great support.

Great Tool for Lead Nurturing

What do you like best about the product?
The Lead Nurturing Process gets very easy with Autopilot. You learn how to build Journeys in a minute and can keep those Journeys running for every piece of content you have. From there on you can track.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there is nothing i dislike since we only use it for E-Mail Lead Nurturing.
They also have a Headsup-Integration that we are using on the Website. The Reports for the Headsup only show total clicks and a click rate. Here i would wish more information as: on which page have people clicked, at which time, how many hovered over it and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have a tool that nurtured our leads continously. We found the perfect tool for that with Autopilot. It allows us to set up a campagin one time and than just wait for the people to respond / click links and so on. For that, it is perfect. However it is NOT a complete marketing automation tool, if you are searching for that it might just not fit your needs.
The benefits are: its really easy to use, they have a great support that assisted me with everything so far and i think it is quite unexpensive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are searching for a Lead Nurturing Tool, definitely take Autopilot into account. If you are searching for a complete marketing automation software, it might just not be heavy enough - or you think again if you really need a heavy marketing automation tool ;)

Amazing product but with room for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is very easy to use and allows you to create complex sales and marketing funnels through it's journey builder.

Another excellent tool is the ability to pull in information from web forms using a simple line of javascript so no redo of forms on your website and html code. to style.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the journeys/form submissions simply stop working for no apparent reason. A tweak and re-publish usually fixes the issue.

I wish it also had direct integration with HubSpot like it does with Sales Force. Currently have to use Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create a seamless customers sales and marketing journey through the systems we use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to create pre and post sales funnels and marketing funnels with little technical/website integration knowledge.
