Incredibly effective and time saving

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot does a great job of making complex things simple. My favorite feature is using API calls to do highly customizable things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it will pretty darn expensive when I hit a certain amount of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot is a major time saver for us. We spend a lot less time writing personal emails to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time double checking your journeys accuracy. Let Autopilot employees double check your work.

Time Saving and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation, I've tried alternatives before but none were as intuitive as Autopilot. You're able to handle all your e-mail and even text communications through their interface while keeping track of each conversion on your homepage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if you're handling more than one company, you're not able to separate the dashboards. All your information will combine, so your conversion rate, etc wouldn't be separate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass e-mail communication, not related to newsletter. Currently using Autopilot for our onboarding process. The intagrations with zapier work fantastic with google spreadsheets so our sheets are automatically updated as a new users register.

Autopilot is changing the way that we email customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive way that you can create paths (journeys) on Autopilot is allowing us to make a stronger impact on our customer base. We can qualify leads in a way that we never could before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autopilot needs to work a little on the design aspect of their email. They can create simple nice emails, but more complex emails are all but impossible to make in Autopilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to distinguish potential customers and current customers in our email blasts. This makes for smarter marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a terrific platform.

Great for building not as great for reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop layout is so easy to use I picked it up right away. I like the integration with other lists and the ability to do testing. They recently added a template feature that allows you to make changes. I haven't used it in an email journey yet, but it looks very promising. They have very informative case studies and blogs which can help you in building with their software if you are new to digital marketing or email marketing or just need some new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting does not give you enough information which required me to has to do analysis outside of Autopilot myself. Looking for information like lead score average by campaign or length of time in journey then look elsewhere. Also testing functionality is very difficult to use for small adjustments. HTML changes are impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a fantastic product for crafting email marketing. Very user-friendly and has improved email campaigns. It makes building and evaluating the success of a campaign in real time very easy. The duplicate journey feature is very handy for testing small changes to improve performance. This is a relatively new product and it still has some ways it can be better but on the market now its one of the best email marketing softwares.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy to use email marketing automation software this is it. However be wary the reporting is limited.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how visual the customer journey is. Laying out each journey becomes fun and helps us leverage and connect our communication channels. With Zapier integrations, it opens up a whole new world. This is a game changer for us, and our industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built in contacts section is not as robust as we were hoping, however it is simple enough to connect a CRM through Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot is perfect for us because we are a small consultancy. We have many brands to work with, many calls to action and even more customer segments. With Autopilot, we can affordably tailor our communications effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is hands down the best.

The email editor capabilities are a bit weak but I've heard they're doing a bunch of new features related to it in 2017.

The free trial and implementation that comes with it for a month is an amazing experience that can test run the product for your specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive simplicity of the system makes it easy to use. Plus there are all the features I need to create and deliver brilliant automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I couldn't find an 'decent' training videos. This needs sorting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a small agency, so Autopilot allows me to compete. Using Autopilot with my clients I've helped them grow their business. Everyone is a winner!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Autopilot is simple to use and has all the functionality you will need to drive sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot has a very easy to use interface utilizing blocks as different triggers, actions and conditions. We moved from a very expensive marketing automation software to Autopilot and have found much more success in autopilot. The integrations available native to autopilot are also very well built out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the email builder was better. A mail chimp builder or bee.io builder is much more superior but for what Autopilot does it is great. I also would like to see a zapier connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire emailing system is built around Autopilot.

Improved customer contact numbers

What do you like best about the product?
-Once we started using autopilot, # of leads from website increased from about 3 to 20. They actually lead to orders.
-Can make journeys to automatically send emails to the customer once opened, or different email if not opened.
-Can personalize for returning customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Journeys are difficult to use and there is no support under 25k customers. If you set the contacts as less than 25k customers, there will only be journey reviews IF you are under the business plan. For the regular plan, no support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting more "actual leads" contacting us through the website, since the contact icons are more pro active.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Autopilot will help you be more proactive in getting leads since it can be personalized. Journeys can be made to send existing customers personailized email.
Great features for marketing automation (getting more leads, sending newsletters), but there is only journey review support for under 25k contacts.
Sales is a little pushy.
