Fantastic marketing automation for pros or beginners

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilots drag and drop interface makes it super easy to get going and if you get stuck their customer service is exceptional and always on hand to make recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing out complex journeys can be a bit laborious meaning some errors only surface a few weeks after they are turned on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to build automated customer journeys for small businesses. Using autopilot gives me a great visualisation of what work I'm doing, helping conversations with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product, but make sure it integrates with your crm.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the ability to connect all the various services (like Segment, etc.) and put together a journey. It's just genius. I love the UI for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing heads up messages were difficult. After closing a message as a user, it gets cached and never displays again. I get why this is happening but for testing journey's and repeated changes this is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it's just heads-up messages and connecting contacts/email lists.

What do you like best about the product?
It easy to use. Lots of functions. Integrates with lots of platforms. Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to have issues with Facebook integration at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of dip campaigns.

This will save you lots of time. I recommend using it.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and usability is outstanding - easily better than the big players.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of eCommerce and transactional data within the system - makes it hard to set automations for repeat events (unless you do fairly complex JSON implementation). Not impossible - just more difficult than other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily speeding up our existing processes and "set and forget" campaigns. It makes it very easy to test and learn.

What do you like best about the product?
The journey builder built into Autopilot is the easiest and nicest journey planner I have ever used. Drag and drop, make the connections, and you're ready to go. A huge selection of options makes setting up new journeys a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of emails across campaigns is challenging to say the least. The product roadmap says that a fix for this is on the way, but for now, it has been the biggest hurdle getting Autopilot setup smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Mailchimp, with automations, but Autopilot has allowed us to "Set and Forget" our e-nurturing systems. We built the journeys, set up the entry points and boom! Done!

Amazing email marketing platform and extremely easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The Autopilot email platform is very intuitive to use for campaign based emails and marketing automation. It also integrates with a number of other platforms which is great. Throughout the campaign we ran I had a number of questions which the Autopilot Support team were to assist with via their live chat and also provided great solution advice and multiple options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SMS integration with Twillio is not as good as it could be and is in its infancy. Once this is improved the Autopilot platform could become any organisation's one-stop marketing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Autopilot for Peer to Peer marketing campaigns which pulls data directly using the Fundraisin API. This enable us to engage with our supporters in different segments very easily as well as run A/B tests to get better insights into what communication works best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Autopilot is a great product for any SME or Large organisation. It comes with great functionality which is easy to use and integrates with a growing number of other products and CRMs.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is second to none, after changes in the business I took over all marketing responsibilities and had not been privy to Autopilot at all. Avni Nanabhai was the most incredible and patient trainer.

Now that I have the hang of it, it's an incredible tool. It has a huge amount of automated tools to help with following up and increasing overall engagement. I am very impressed with its capabilities.

The autopilot created templates are incredible and take all the hard work out if it! This has meant I've relied significantly less on our graphic designer which has been an increase in ROI. The 'Add Delay' feature has improved my workflow during the day and capabilities.

Live view and insights dashboard are well presented, no need to download and present the information can easily just pull up the dashboard when in meetings to showcase projects in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
No warning when our contract rolled over, or the increase in the spend we occurred. Thankfully, it was the best software for us for the next year however it was a surprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does allow for mass communication quickly.
I've only learnt half the widgets and know there's so much more potential as I build experience.
Ability to see who's opening, clicking, reopening, unsubbing. Very intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great! Worth a demo. Works fantastically for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that your possibilities are almost endless, and that the biggest limitation is your creativity
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a better view of Segments and lists. Right now it can be a bit clumsy when you have a ton of both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating tons of different setups for my clients, and i can fit their every need in autopilot

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is one of the greatest tools for marketing automation available today. It's very simple but very powerfull. The interface to create "journeys" is user friendly and allow you to customize the entire automation, creating new triggers and actions with just a few clicks and drags.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features missing, like the possibility of sending blog posts automatically by email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're automating marketing communication with new leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial first to be sure they have all the features you need. Their support is very fast and helpful too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily create journeys and make people take that journey based on some actions they take on website or some other journey they're a part of.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Maybe add some more integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic lead scoring, sending downloadable contemt to people who fill out a form or do some actions, keeping track of every customer journey.
