Powerful marketing automation tool that is inexpensive and easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
We recommend Autopilot to all of our clients - set up is easy and pricing very affordable. The visual interface for mapping allows anyone to create and set up journeys without needing any technical know-how. We love the fact it's easy to connect and push data to the system directly with an API or through Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we encounter is the because Autopilot uses email addresses as the unique identifier for contacts we sometimes have data over-writing itself where for example two members of the same family become contacts but share an email address. We've overcome this with some business rules before data enters Autopilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients have seen increases in revenue of 40 - 75% by setting up better customer journeys. It helps us create highly segmented, dynamic journeys that adapt to customer behaviour - saving resources on segmented internally and allowing us to do more.
Great Intuitive Software
What do you like best about the product?
The Power of the software is great, but the UI makes it super easy to use. Connecting other accounts is super easy. It has great connections like twilio, mailchimp, facebook ads, and many others. It was quick to get going and the price is right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it connected to HubSpot natively. Zapier works good, but it would have been easier to use a direct connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for automated lead follow up. It quickly got me up and going trying to convert leads.

It is super powerful and easy to use.
If you are serious about marketing automation, this one needs a serious consideration
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow design at autopilot is the best (and I have migrated from drip so I know what I am talking about). This one is far better. The ability to visually design with conditional logic and integrate with other applications, especially CRMs makes it a worthwhile investment in time
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of any. A couple of times I was stuck at different places and I came close to disliking but their support is virtually round the clock with a live person and I quickly found answers that helped me solve the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the time a client shows any interest or even visits the website, I am able to engage them and know more about what they may be interested in. But the main thing for me is nurturing a lead and converting them into a sale and the ability to send them messages based on what actions they have taken with the earlier emails and when - this is something I discovered was possible to do using this tool, without needing a huge staff!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are serious about your business, then this product, in my opinion, can take care of the things that are needed. If you sign up for the trial, try and set up at least one feature end-to-end. You will be pleasantly surprised.
Very Impressive
What do you like best about the product?
If you can think of it, you can basically do it thanks to their commitment to integrations with other companies. Autopilot is an affordable option compared to Salesforce Pardot and I believe can be more robust if given the proper planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is a bit higher than I thought it'd be at first but the customer service is the best of any company I currently work with. They are always online, well trained, extremely helpful. So I guess this is not that much of a dislike after all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads are no longer falling through the cracks. We are able to schedule automated follow ups and respond accordingly based on those responses. It has saved us literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in likely missed sales opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the sample journeys to begin. Take advantage of the on boarding webinar and use the chat support.
Ticks a lot of boxes! Great UI and easy to set up and get started
What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can create a basic email template in minutes and set up a journey with minimum training. I think that is one of the Autopilot's strongest selling point. The dashboard is easy on the eyes, not cluttered, but displays all relevant information in one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that maybe the HTML code that is generated by the email templates contain unnecessary code making the email size bigger than needed. The Advanced editor provides an HTML block element where you can add your own custom HTML to generate content so that adds quite a bit of flexibility and control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot has allowed us to provide relevant information to our customers, improve customer engagement and retention. With the API, our technical team can customize content and delivery of emails to our customers.
Autopilot Journey experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Autopilot is a very friendly tool, the journey creation is as simple as a drag and drop so you don´t need to be an expert to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using API can be very trickly to get the response but once you get the idea you can deal with it

It's really helpfull to keep in touch with clients, and don't lose them in the track

What do you like best about the product?
The new platform is really great and more efficient for the daily marketing activities. Also allows to automate tasks for being more strategic and less operational department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of integrations pending. Could be great integrate the tool with more platforms like forms, CRMs or productivity tools like MS Office and Zoom. Some teams works with MS Teams so could be great have or integrate it with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow up to the users and a consistent brand experience along the customer journey. Also the marketing performance. With this tool we can increase the efficiency of the marketing because we reach the customer at the right moment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to map your customer journey and doing some prep-work like write really good newsletters before to start working with Autopilot. The platform has a lot of functions in order to configure properly the tasks and triggers. So, that will requiere even more time if you don´t have your content ready like text, pictures, videos, and so on.
The best marketing automation software in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Creating journeys, integration across multiple channels, ability to alter and re-publish with a single click - it's so easy to use, and has more features than many higher prices enterprise level systems. Wish I'd seen it sooner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, would be great to have more depth/analyses in the reporting suite.

Segmenting and targetting users, increasing conversion rates, enhancing retention rates

One of the Best Bangs for Your Buck Marketing Automation Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Autopilot HQ had the salesforce integration was a big draw for us. We were using Pardot previously which had a cost 3X of AP with less functionality. The AP script which automatically tracks data entered into forms made a world of difference than trying to find vendors that were compatible with our previous tool. The journey builder is also very simple to use and understand. Customer support was also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
**Disclaimer** I"m only two weeks in but.... I Haven't come across anything to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our leads in a single point from multiple sources and technologies and being able to automate marketing and sales efforts.

Great System for Small Marketing Agency
What do you like best about the product?
The low cost entry along with the multitude of ways to engage leads on behalf of my clients is a significant advantage. Support and documentation helped me with any issues I bumped into.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot of info to digest. I have a tech background yet some of the tools can be complex without a little help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to create accounts for each of my clients (including my own business), easy integrations through Zapier, various CRM Platforms, etc all help create a cohesive system for lead generation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While other big name automation tools might be "free" to get started, they cost a lot to use the full functionality. Not so with Auto-Pilot...most of the tools are available to use right away, which is great for my startup business.
