Great Product and Exceptional Support

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been in web development and support roles for over 20 years. I’ve used thousands of SaaS products and services. I’m delighted with the level of pre-sale and after-sale support at Ortto.

Ortto staff patiently and intelligently answered many many pre-sale questions over a long period.

And the support after we jumped on board has been exceptional from everyone I’ve dealt with at Ortto who have gone above and beyond - actually taking the time to read my questions and understand what I’m asking, anticipate needs, follow-up, be pro-active and offer great advice.

They are also encourage feedback and feature requests and are open about the product roadmap.

We are only about 6 months in, so haven't fully explored all the product has to offeryet, but so far, well done on a great, easy to use product, and an exceptional support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a smaller business or NFP, it could be on the expensive side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an NFP that uses Salesforce, Ortto is helping us with lead generation, retention, scale, supporter satisfaction, connection and engagement. It's enabling us to better understand our supporters and provide value to them, with messaging tailored to their specific needs and interests.

A stellar support team!

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Ortto for our business a few months ago. We work with it on a daily basis. Besides the fact that it's a very intuitive platform that does what it's supposed to, the most outstanding thing to mention is their support. Our account manager is amazing to work with, super quick with answering questions and solving problems. Their whole support team in general is probably one of the best I've ever worked with. They are fast, helpful, and it seems like they have great processes in place to make sure they can work in an efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there is nothing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automating our marketing process and is replacing our old CDP in the long run.

Great marketing tool for email and more

What do you like best about the product?
Ortto is a great marketing tool, offering a few ways to contact customers, but it has features thatmake separating customers into select categories easily and automatically. We use Ortto many times a month to facilitate our marketing for our different departments. Creating templates and campaigns is simple and feature rich. Setting these campaigns is quite simple, allowing you to schedule in advance. integrating it into current customer databases is easy to implement also.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside I can think of was it was a bit of a learning curve coming from a different email marketing system, but if you stick to it and explore the options available it does everything that the other system did, plus a whole lot more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track customer files and integrate them into various user groups and levels, so we can prioritise and pinpoint our marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting it up, the visual journey builder, the AMAZING customer support (their response time via live-chat is literally 2 min which is just unheard of for SAAS companies).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a 'dislike' but if you have a large customer base, you need to be using email channel fairly frequently to get the best ROI from it as they charge per contact (as opposed to per email sent). If you're an ecommerce brand with email as your primary revenue channel, Ortto is the way to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Ortto for our customer journeys (e.g. onboarding, reactivation, retention, customer feedback / NPS) as well as one-off marketing campaigns. It was easy to set up and use and they improved their UI massively with their latest upgrade (from Autopilot to Ortto).

We also used the Segment <> Ortto integration to be able to create segments/audiences and send event-based, super personalised emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool's efficiency and efficacy in performing its functions directly translate to time savings, an essential factor for our organization in reaching our goals. Similarly, it helps us manage our company's marketing efforts by automating our communications with our most promising leads via email. It helps us streamline the management of our company's marketing operations by automating email conversations with our best leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be more interactive and easy to use so that its users understand its value and put it to good use. All companies will be able to work more effectively to achieve their goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto helps us streamline our marketing automation processes and better address our customers' questions and concerns promptly. We may have in-depth conversations with our most potential leads and keep in touch with them for a very long time after they've signed a contract with us. It streamlines our company's advertising efforts by automatically following up with our best leads and answering their questions when they enter data about our offerings. Because of its flexibility and ability to standardize procedures, it has been adopted by all departments in our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ai powered content generation is incredibly fast and accurate saving a lot of valuable time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the generated text wil lack a human touch and will feel robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ortto for saving time for content genereation, improved content quality, increased productivity, cost effictiveness and overall total improvement for all content.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Ortto, I was able to improve my work dynamics and engage new customers through tenacious email marketing efforts. With Ortto's guidance, I was able to launch targeted email campaigns to educate and help my clientele, which resulted in higher customer satisfaction. This is because with Ortto, I can monitor my customers' actions in real time and respond to their specific interests and requests with personalized communications. This interface is unlike anything else out there, and is quite helpful in getting the job done efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is the worst part of the program; it is slow and unresponsive, which is not what I need from a software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is a tool for information management strategy, and we are using it to provide for social and productive marketing. Our main focus is on campaigns; the medium has enabled us to seize new opportunities, and its uses are undeniably positive. The platform uses cutting-edge technology to study the habits and inclinations of potential buyers, allowing us to tailor our communications to each individual. I think it's a great idea for marketers to use mail as an ally to shape information and disseminate it to all connections for future company searches, because it helps project the brand through campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?

Pricing plans are little expensive and with limited usage.

Ortto for email via Autopilot acquisition

What do you like best about the product?
We were Autopilot customers prior to their acquisition by Ortto - Ortto definitely brought some "must have" features to the table that AutoPilot didn't have such as the ability to limit the total # of emails that any given email receives per day (handy if you have a lot of trigger-based emails that could in theory all trigger in the same day for a given customer.)
What do you dislike about the product?
AutoPilot and Ortto are still very siloed - legacy customers have the choice to either do a fill migration to Ortto, which seems to be cumbersome or to continue using AutoPilot, but certain links will shoot you into the Ortto experience in the normal click paths of using AutoPilot. We wish there was a way to utilize the aspects of AutoPilot that we like while also having database parody in Ortto so that we can also utilize the features that are unique to Ortto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to communicate with our customers during key moments in their user journey with us in a way that is aesthetically pleasing and on-brand to our guidelines.
