    Computer Software

Great Marketing Automation tool

  • March 07, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to monitor. However, what I like most of all is the help desk chat --- I have found that to be critical as I was learning how to use it or troubleshooting. They are quick, knowledgeable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I inherited a project with many journeys - so I have many weeds to sort out in my particular account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Autopilot for our website Lead/contact collection, Proactive Chat, Marketing automation, drip campaigns, email marketing, newsletters, rating MQLs -- several important aspects of our marketing strategy.

Powerful and easy marketing automation

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with this platform is great. It really makes the whole process of building sales funnels easy. Also their pricing structure is affordable for all levels. Building automation sequences are so easy with the visual builder, just drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, no allot. they are constantly improving and adding integrations to the platform. If i was being critical i would like to see some more feature on the email builder, but that not to say its bad at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefits are obviously the automations of everything in your funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cost effective platform with a ton of features

What do you like best about the product?
1. It's easy to use and relatively easy to teach.
2. I saves up hours of work.
3. Great support agents!! Liv & Rok, my ride or die.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no video-tutorials that teach you how to start using Autopilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automize process that would take up too much of our time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will help you automize process you would otherwise do manually.

Automation Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
After switching to Autopilot from Emma, we found the platform incredibly fast and easy to use. Meeting every expectation we had when looking for a new system. Would highly recommend whether your new or experienced in automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be the lack of fully integrated form platforms offered currently. With only one true option I would like to see this expanded or hope the platform which integrates expands their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AutoPilot has completely helped our company change the way we approach email and email automation. Creating personal and engaging customer journeys is now easier than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the fantastic sales team, they will help assist in a trial account and really letting you test drive before buying.

Autopilot Marketing Automation Made Easy

  • March 07, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly visual canvas design allows is intuitive enough to use for experienced and non-experienced marketers alike. The ability to design overlapping journeys without using code is one of the strongest features as is the ability to see at a glance the full marketing funnel from sign-up to conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu navigation is very narrow. Making column width extendable would allow for much faster and easier navigation. Giving customers the ability to create more custom logic when comparing fields such as adding dynamic date fields would make the platform more powerful as would improving the analytics and reporting capability which is currently very basic, and not highly customisable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Autopilot to manage direct marketing online lead generation right through to sales conversion. Doing so has allowed us to increase conversion rates and improve customer satisfaction throughout the entire journey. A key measure of success for us has been scalability. Autopilot has been critical to our success in managing high volumes of new leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Staff are very helpful online.

Marketing Automation Simplified

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Since we revamped our website, we also looked into better go-to-places for marketing automation and analytics. Autopilot proves to be the best solution in our marketing mix, hands down. It took us one day to set up the entire thing, and low maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram Lead Forms should be supported - and the annotation / emoji feature kind of reduces the look and feel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funneling audiences on our website, drip campaigns etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try!

Autopilot Review

  • March 07, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot provides the flexibility of being able to use multiple integrations to create the ultimate automation for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few product features I would recommend for user functionality and it can be super complex, so learning the right and most efficient ways to set up journeys has been a learning curve, but a good issue to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient use of time in regards to pre-setting up email campaigns, increasing customer engagement, allowing all data and insights to flow to our CRM for our sales team to utilise and easy of event management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The trial was super easy to set up, others have been much harder, so if you're thinking of giving it a go, trial is the way to go.

Best of breed for marketing automation platform

  • March 07, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
By far, the biggest advantage is their customer support. They're highly knowledgeable. Always helpful. And, have always been available to help me with VERY tricky questions and scenarios, during normal business hours.

Journeys are really intuitive to design with the drag and drop editor.

Sophisticated omni-channel campaigns are a breeze to build, with email marketing, facebook and google ads audiences, twilio, direct mail... and you can take things even further with a tool called Segment.

The number of native integrations available are amazing. Yes, you can use Zapier and webhooks - their API is intuitive and easy to use. But, what I'm talking about is the number of *native* integrations, that share data back and forth, with Autopilot, because a centralised view of your customers behaviour, is what you're trying to achieve.

They already integrate, natively, with some of the most popular CRMs, including Salesforce and Pipedrive. (I saw on their roadmap that the free Hubspot CRM integration is in the works.)
What do you dislike about the product?
There's two things I believe are lacking and need to be addressed, to be an automatic YES, for anyone considering Autopilot:

Tagging - this is currently not possible. Their answer is Smart Segments - handy, but doesn't quite cover some of the scenarios where you need to be able to tag your prospects.

Forms - they have an amazing tool for integrating with just about any form you can point at. However, in some cases this feature fails. My suggestion to Autopilot, is to create a very basic form that developers can trigger. Nothing fancy is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking for a system that can act as the backbone of my marketing operation.

Besides obvious features, such as email marketing, customer database, contact management etc, key features I need, include:
* Centralised view of prospect behaviour
* Intergration capabilities
* omnichannel marketing campaigns
* easy to use API for custom connections

I think Autopilot does an amazing job, and for such a slack application, it's one of the lowest cost solutions available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add tag management

Add basic form

Great workflow management tool

  • March 07, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, stable and visually appealing. The Autopilot tools allowed us to easily set up a workflow for a campaign we ran on behalf of a client. The instance managed edits and changes well and ran as expected during the campaign timeframe. Integrations with other related tools meant that we could set up all the pieces needed to manage the campaign effectively. Finally, the support team were excellent in responding to queries and providing help or direction as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor: at one point we added an action to the journey after the campaign had begun running. A pop-up highlighted that this would "add x contacts to the journey" which one could infer would duplicate existing contacts and re-action prior triggers even though this is not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management of client campaigns. Consolidation of journey management into one intuitive platform.

User friendly automation tool with great potentials

  • March 06, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Great UI design - other automation platforms I've used can seem boring and "intimidating" sometimes. The shapes and the presentation of the flowcharts are nice.
2. Managing contacts and lists are easy and building the flow feels intuitive.
3. Live support and journey review have been very helpful resources. They respond quick and always have a good attitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Getting to the email managing interface is not easy. You have to go into a journey, click on the shape, and do a few more clicks to access emails. And once you exit the email that you were just editing, it takes you out of the email list and you have to click back in to see other emails that you might want to edit.

2. Doesn't email archive - this makes internal email approval process extremely hard.

3. Activity stream can be broken down or categorized better. Currently, it's hard to filter through all the information that has been streaming.

4. I was running out of canvas space!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Reduce manual work
2. Automate confirmation/welcome emails - instantly connect with contacts
