What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create what would normally be so complex and time consuming all within a drag and drop functionality and the ability to link to the platform i need.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there isn't anything i don't like about autopilot, maybe only the wait for all those other integrations to be released lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to automate all our user transnational engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use, intuitive with a drag and drop visual interface at an affordable price. What more can you ask for? This tool will help you save precious time, automating repetitive task so that you can time your time on what really matters in your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autopilot could do a better job helping users catch errors when it comes to building and mapping out journeys. If you missing something, you won’t get an alert. Instead,, your journey just won't trigger properly. So there is a slight learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with marketing automation. It’s somewhat similar to Zapier, but much more powerful. You can visualize everything on a map which makes it much easier to build. There’s also prebuilt template that you can leverage.

Nothing, I like how you can drag and drop the whole customer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to shape diagram our Journeys, and use multiple types of content. Also the integrations are awesome. Works well with most Zapier apps too. The intelligence of the anonymous visitor is also a nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact you cant access your lists easily and that you cant easily find all your content/emails, etc.
They have told me they are fixing this in a new release soon! to clap clap!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Nurturing. We also use this for most of our clients....for prospects, staff, vendors....and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are ready to create very good content, and its worth the support costs to have AP get your started.

What do you like best about the product?
It's funnels that actually do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Broadcasts and loops aren't that simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the automation that I've been dying to put into place. It gives me a complete overview of my funnel, and I can implement the actions right in the platform without switching to a bunch of different ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd go for it. It starts at 1 dollar a month to build your leads.

What do you like best about the product?
As we all know the proof is in the follow up. With Autopilot, all of our follows up are automated and sensitive depending on the campaign we are running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about Autopilot. It is strategically set up to meet all our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are achieveing a much higher open rate with email automation through autopilot. We are also able to measure if a customer has visited a certain site and email them if they have which has helped conversions tremendously.

Take control of your email automation with the best company and support team you could ask for!

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, great support, online chat is really helpful. syncing with salesforce is super helpful to our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
interface a bit confusing, not intuitive to know where to go

using for mass campaigns...not having to do manually via salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the breadth of options covered by Autopilot (e.g., email, SMS, Heads Up, Pipedrive integration and more). And I also like how easy it is to visualize and use customer journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a better email editor (especially an HTML view), since various spam checking tools, e.g., GlockApps, find issues with the HTML generated by their editor. To be fair, GlockApps finds issues also with some other ESPs.

I also had a bit of trouble with how dates are stored (GMT vs local timezone),, and one of their support reps – who seemed quite good – also had an issue with one of my journeys triggering solely off of a date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, especially for more advanced lead generation.

Everything you need for Omni-Channel Marketing Campagins

What do you like best about the product?
Journey mapping is made extremely easy. Many first party integrations are available to create omnichannel marketing campaigns. CRM Integration is robust if done properly. Having the ability to sync Facebook, email, sms, ppc and other channels all in one channel makes my life easier. Creating Look alike audiences for social and ppc based off of page views, email clicks, and sms makes our top of funnel marketing campaigns very successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't export html emails. No Litmus testing for emails. Not able to add preheader texts in emails. Billing personel must work in a different time zone because billing responses would come late at night or in the early morning. Pricing change is drastic once you exceed 25,000 contacts (but still less than comparable enterprise marketing systems).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot allows us to create tailored journeys for our clients and their customers. We can utilize Autopilot to create an omnichannel experience in many different channels. When Integrated with a CRM correctly, Autopilot can allow you to send targeted and detail communications to clients based on their segmentations and behaviors

Make sure your CRM is correctly in line with Autopilot to ensure accurate segmentation and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a good choice for early stage startups that are scaling quickly.
- great customer support via chat
- love the colorful drag and drop shapes
- quickly and easily build complex journeys
- ability to create highly targeted segments
- notations and collaboration in journeys
- knowledgeable tech support
- affordable when compared to similar options
- can upload custom html
- liquid for math calculations and customization in email
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things that you'd take for granted aren't available. Like the ability to customize the contacts tab to see the fields you want, or the ability to arrange fields in contact profiles, or the ability to track email metrics to custom events. We don't use Segment so I wish there were better reporting capabilities right in AP. Also, we have to pay extra for a dedicated IP because deliverablilty/inbox placement wasn't very good - we tested against a number of other email marketing tools and AP was, by far, the worst performer. Since this is an email marketing tool, I'm not fond of paying extra to ensure good deliverability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
While it seems expensive as you start to scale, the capabilities far outweigh the cost. Also, keep in mind that as a marketer, you'll need to coordinate with your engineer to create custom fields in Autopilot.
