The one stop software for campaign creator
What do you like best about the product?
It helps in making personalized campaigns easier and conversions of leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop functions lags sometimes.

It is really helpful to start campaign, content marketing, and lead conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for automated emails. You can customize all aspects of the email including which time you’d like for it to send

There’s a bit of a learning curve. Can take a while to learn the different features if you are new

easy to build basic layouts, requires more experience for complex journeys but it is possible by the end user. the team are very useful with coming up with fixes.

does require a lot of time to fully understand it. the tools require a lot of research / support to help understand.

it has taken time away from manually producing mailouts

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so easy to use. As soon as I got into the tool I was able to start building out campaigns right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could easily send one off emails. Right now you need to start a journey in order to send one email. That needs to change at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation, Advertising Automation, and Customer/Lead Nurturing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small team and need to do things quickly and easily, this is the tool for you. It's so effective and so easy to build out the logic. It integrates with all my tools so much job is much easier day to day. No more manual uploads of data.

What do you like best about the product?
What is best about Autopilot is it's ease of use when setting up your email campaigns. As a visual learner, the set up allows for a quick glance and build out of each of the components needed to set up a campaign. Additionally, Autopilot has nifty ways of capturing leads with their headsup system and contact form collection that doesn't need any back-end adjustments. Building out beautiful emails is also very, very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to log-in after the page has been sitting idle for some time. I also dislike that there is no mobile app for Autopilot.

Email campaigns, site visit capturing.
Great, cost-effective solution for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Getting set up and running with Autopilot was straightforward and the templates were very helpful. We had no marketing automation solution prior, so it was a major improvement over static email services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any specific things to dislike other than known areas for improvement on their roadmap. For example there is room for improvement in the UX of the email editor, but that is already known to the AP folks and on their roadmap.

Marketing automation flows, triage of incoming requests from our website, newsletters and other content marketing flows, etc.

Evaluate the solutions that Autopilot integrates with (quite a few) and make sure that they are the ones that are important to your organization.
Great Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is very intuitive to use and has a great journey builder that makes my life easier.
Their customer service is amazing and they are always very helpful.

The live option is great, but it's very confusing not to know what the numbers really mean. this needs to be perfected to give us a clearer view of how the process is flowing.
Also, a sending calendar would be amazing to have.
Last thing is that the only way to go to emails is through a journey, it's very annoying.

- Some configurations, such as sending an email each week need some creative thinking to set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated all of our marketing strategies for our startup. We've already heard from users that it seems as if we have a team of 10 developers, whereas we actually have none!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used a variety of marketing automation tools in the past (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign). Autopilot is by far the most intuitive and enjoyable to use!
Autopilot - Very intuitive and visual!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about it it how visual it is. I myself am a very visual person and even though I deal with automation, I simply enjoy how journeys are created, developed. Besides it's visual part, the support they provide, so far has been perfect!They are always available on chat and they are always fast to respond! Not because they have nothing to do, but because Autopilot is amazing out of the box!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot access your emails without going through a journey, there should be a shortcut on the left pane. But, what I dislike the most is that you are not able to easily set a delay between two emails sent to a single domain. Imagine wanting to send a newsletter, and you have a hundred people from a single company subscribed. Wow it is impossible to have them all delivered, right?;) Autopilot, please introduce this feature. Thank you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we are achieving with Autopilot is the saved amount of time! We no longer spend days and hours on just sending emails, one by one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Regardless of your previous automation solutions, Autopilot's approach is quite unique, very visual and easy to use. There is room for improvement, but they are definitely on the right track! I am yet to test how responsive are they when new features are being requested, but I'm hoping for the best! Keep up the good work, guys!
Easy to use and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is so much simpler than other marketing automation systems. It's very easy to create, review and keep track of the automated journeys you have going. Unlike other systems, the journeys you create are drag and drop, and it's very easy to see the different branches of a journey at a glance. Having 24 support available via Livechat has also been incredibly helpful - it's easy to ask quick questions, or get advice and support on trickier issues. The support team has helped us set up some foundational journeys to flag issues and opportunities and implement business rules around send frequency.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with platforms, there are limitations. The biggest limitation for us in Autopilot is the fact that they use email address as unique identifier, rather than a unique username. This has made it impossible for us to sync with our CRM, has resulted in duplicates for contacts who use one email address (there's also no merge function) and also rules out SMS communication unless we have email as well as phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot has helped us role out - and test - action triggered emails. To reach people when they are most likely to open, read and act on our emails, like right after they have subscribed, or taken an action on our website. The open and click rates for these emails are almost double that of our broadcast emails, even when the content is similar.

Think about what you actually need - there are many platforms with more bells and whistles, but they are also much more complex!
