Good software, wish it had a few more bells and whistles
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop feature when creating journeys. I think it's easy to follow and has good connections. The notes feature also provides a really cool collaborative feel to journeys. You can see others inside your journey and can even leave notes and comments. I think this is a stand out feature. I also like that there is a log of events that are happening in real time, so you can see everything that is happening within a user record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not great in AutoPilot. I wish i was able to dive in a little deeper within the platform, but its bare at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an ESP that can can integrate with our stack as well as make it easy to deploy messaging when we need. We needed to get sophisticated in some of our journeys with decision points and dependencies on behavioral information in real time. AutoPilot filled that gap for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall its a pretty good software and can do a lot. Hopefully they continue to iterate on the product.
Great marketing automation software
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to build email journeys with Autopilot, update your lists and segments, keep track of all communications received by a contact and the available set of integrations makes connecting applications even easier. Accessorily, the email builder is complete and easy to use and the customer support is top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk actions can feel a little rigid sometimes.

Easy-to-map customer success journeys, Autopilot is an affordable and engaging software that has helped us grow our business.

Review Autopilot's available integrations before making a decision (perfect tool if you use Segment, Hubspot, Twilio and/or Salesforce)
The Easiest Automation Tool Ever
What do you like best about the product?
I used Marketo in my previous roles, but something that stood out to me right away about Autopilot was the ease of setting up automated work flows. Because it is visual it is so much easier to build out, and I'm way less prone to making mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. It covers what we need for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated workflows to save us time and create cleaner data sets.
Easy to Use but Needs More Features
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Autopilot for a bit now and when it comes to ease of learning their journeys, it is above most of the rest. I like how easily you can build out a journey and trigger an email without having to try too hard. When I need to update my fields or track visitors, this is where their platform really shines. The ease of setup and initiating is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to marketing automation features that I look for in a software, I think Autopilot has some growing to do. Their platform is great for smaller businesses with simple email needs or light marketing automation. The most help I would like to see is in the email portion of their marketing automation. It is difficult to keep organized with their journeys, especially if doing only a one off email. Also wish there was more built out in regards to reports, where I could download segments based on action without having to setup a whole new journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a simple marketing automation tool when we launched and Autopilot was easy to implement. The integration with Salesforce was also helpful.
A fantastic platform but have lots of limitations relating to users and customers
What do you like best about the product?
One of the major reason I like the software is the fact that it has a good graphic feature and it is visually appealing. Also it has a lot of payment playoffs and good interface that charges less than any other platforms

It has a lot of problems when it comes to the pricing and payment deals because I have referred a lot of people to use this app but they have always complained of the increasing demand on the pricing of this app and also they mostly do not know the change in price in mail they have used their cards and discover change in price
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major problem I have used this app for is that it allows me to advertise my service to my users for my company and I also use it to solve my user activation problems and this is because it is easy to use

I recommend that they improve on their pricing with their users because if they continue like this theycwil loos most of their users and no one will be left using the platform
Robust and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot makes it SO easy to prepare smart email campaigns that do all the work! And I love how easy it is to build my audiences within contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a steep learning curve but now everything feels so intuitive. Just wish there were an easy way to link tables of data for more enhanced personalization. But the forum is great for submitting notes and request like this!

Easy, scheduled email automation that continually works for us. We're able to test and refine our strategy for even smarter campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is quite intuitive software, so anyone can use this product, even if they have little experience in performing workflows. With the indicated training, great results can be obtained since Autopilot has some really amazing integrations and functionalities, such as sending text messages and even postcards. In addition, the easy construction of workflows allows you to reduce the complexity of the logic involved, and its system allows you to track the latest events properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autpilot offers poor design customization, where it does not even allow modifications to templates. When configuring certain emails, it presents an error that makes it impossible to use. After contacting customer service, they informed us that the only way to solve this problem was to obtain a dedicated IP address, which increases the monthly cost and is something that we had not really considered before acquiring Autopilot.

In my company we use Autopilot mainly to carry out email marketing actions and perform basic work automation flows. Before, we used a lot of budgeting tools to create impromptu workflows, but thanks to Autopilot these processes have been simplified on a single platform. Since its implementation, this platform has allowed us to capture and nurture potential customers easily, due to its great capacity for automation.

Autopilot is a great platform for email marketing. However, it has certain limitations and should not be considered as a complete marketing automation software, but as a support in the area of email automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout, with shapes, different triggers, and arrows makes for some good-looking automation workflows. I like that the tool integrates with most of the popular marketing software out there, including Salesforce.

Digging into individual contacts tends to be difficult. The CRM functionality in Autopilot isn't great, and one would expect a marketing automation tool to have better individual-level insights.

We're able to produce newsletters and send automated flows. We're also able to do some Salesforce automation using the integration, like contact and task assignment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand that despite the cost being low for autopilot, features may be limited. If you're looking for a full stack automation tool, this won't cover your bases. But if you need something that can do simple automation, this is a good fit.
