What do you like best about the product?
We use Autopilot for all of our marketing journeys and communications and stick with them for a number of reasons: 1) they provide access to their entire product at every price point (only increases as number of customers increase), 2) the range of 3rd party integrations available, including Twilio, Intercom, Slack, Google, Facebook and so many more and 3) customer marketing journeys are very easy to build/edit/iterate, etc. and do not require much technical know-how (beyond setting up any webhooks/APIs you may use). Additionally their email marketing product has come a long way. The email marketing product is still in Beta, but it's intuitive and effective, and it's my understanding the team is rolling out a host of new features to improve it further in the coming months.
As an additional benefit, the user on-boarding was extremely easy, and I was paired with a customer success rep at the beginning of my membership to help answer any questions I had.

What do you dislike about the product?
Live chat support could be quicker to respond, and some email features are still lacking (but as I understand, are being worked on).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, user on-boarding, marketing email campaigns. Autopilot's "journeys" product, which allow me to visualize the entire marketing funnel for a customer, have made life much easier in terms of seeing the full marketing life-cycle for a customer. In a given journey, you can send welcome emails and notifications, add customers to lists, remove them from lists, tag them on Intercom, update your CRM, and much more, ensuring every customer receives a bespoke experience that increases retention and product engagement.

The best next step for our small organisation
What do you like best about the product?
We have only just started using Autopilot and the freedom of time it has already allowed, the engagement it is providing us with our supporters is next level. The Autopilot team are supportive, quick to help and the platform is quite intuitive. This has been a vital step for us in the process to moving towards a CRM database.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an initial issue with our first email send showing as spam to some subscribers and buttons not showing that we had included in the email. This issue was an outlook email issue that has been mostly rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For many years we have been manually sending thousands of emails to our supporters across our various fundraising and event campaigns, donors, subscribers etc. As a small team, this has been a major time consuming element and one where opportunities have been missed as a result. We are now able to take our supporters on further journeys from their touch points across our organisation, learn more about our supporters and how they engage with us to further support them and build relationships.
