Hubspot integration doesn't work - bad service, outdated product
What do you like best about the product?
Visual mapping and integration with Twilio
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is really bad and never helpful and their Hubspot integration doesn't work

Nurturing and engage customers - but impossible to do so because Hubspot integration is broken

Conditional rules allow for complex campaign management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price can get high for 100,000 contacts and support, even Premium support, can take longer than expected. But once your campaign is running and getting good Open rates, then it's very reliable to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highly segmented customers receive very focused / targeted emails content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use G2.com to look at other alternatives like Active Campaign before you invest too much time into a single platform.

Some functions are very basic but it includes a wide enough range of options for a very solid marketing strategy

Created audience can't be edited (you have to clone it and edit on the clone)

Autopilot is easy to use, very powerfull and is easy to connect to all your favorite tools (zapier, typeform, mailchimp and many more)

Be very careful on field naming when setting up integrations, perfect matches are required

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot allows our company to properly manage an entire email journey with neat features like Slack and Salesforce integration. Its a tool I use on a daily basis and it does what it is created for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a large amount of lag when using our Autopilot account. We understand that we may be uploading lists on a large scale, but the amount of lag coming from Autopilot when multiple users on online can create delays.

Autopilot is helping automate our email chains while updating our salesforce with the data we upload. The integration we have with Autopilot is very useful to our company and we probably would not fully operate without it.

The integration with Google Ads is amazing and Autopilot is a lead scoring and interaction tracking platform which provides all the means for easy business production enhancement.

The free version is quite helpful to those are yet to join the team because they can try the tool functionalities before deciding.

No problem at all. To me Autopilot has never misbehaved it has been always helpful system and easy to start.
