What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we put more work into this software, it lags, which decreases our productivity, but I think a regular update could solve this problem easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the entire world is affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. People have a difficult time going to the office and doing their work. Despite this, our productivity can be maintained and our work completed before deadline with this software, as it can be operated from anywhere, including from home, improving our overall performance.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very useful product for business growth. highly productive and efficient. Highly recommended
Amazing platform that's super flexible!
What do you like best about the product?
That we're able to build customized and unique workflows for different campaigns operating within our organization. Each department uses it slightly differently, but we're able to build journies and automations that meet the needs of each one. I personally love the way that each contact has their own journey outline so it's super easy to understand previous interactions at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are still being rolled out and the built-in integrations can be lacking in number (they all work amazingly though).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve email marketing, SMS campaigns, custom lead scoring automation and outbound/inbound sales marketing/support. We're much more proactive with our external contacts and our internal teams have much more user data to leverage when talking with partners and students.
Sales & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is intuitive and easy to use. I love the customer journeys, I can build, test, manage everything with very little dev support required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I'd like the reporting to save my prefences, rather than default to last 30 days everytime?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Journeys to help users learn how to use our product, as there's a bit of a learning curve. Up to date we've had zero automation, and all touchpoints have been manual.
Truthfully, we need to improve our onsite conversions from anonymous use to free sign up before we'll realise true benefits but I'm happy with the way everything is trending. We've seen subscriptions from Autopilot double from month 1 to 2 so hopefully that continues.

Autopilot
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite simple to add additional users to the site for various projects. The modules even facilitate the development of unique lists for different candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just does not fit well with the rest of the platform. Building and updating a single email is straightforward, but handling a large list can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only does being able to analyze, comment, and add photos help the team appreciate the priorities, but it also makes you remember why you created things the way you did a month later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The visual designer and the confidence that I could get up and running fast enough.
Great and user-friendly marketing automation platform

Autopilot is user-friendly, and the integration possibilities are endless (except for CRM systems).
Price/value. You get a lot of value at a low price compared to similar platforms.
The logics/segmentation/triggers/conditions possibilities within emails gives you a lot of freedom and so many different options to your email marketing efforts.

We're struggling a bit with beeing catched by companies spam filters when sending emails, but that is probably a general problems for these systems and the reasons can be many - both our own setup and the recipients spam filters might be really strict.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our platform to keep track of all of our digital marketing efforts towards both existing customers and new leads.
Intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and get started. Intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations work best if you're also using something like Zapier.

Contact profiling, Marketing automation, e-mail marketing. Scaling digital marketing activities.
Beneficial tool for visual email marketing automation but with limited customization
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate Autopilot's sleek user interface. It's simple to comprehend and configure and add graphics and visuals in the email campaigns. Additionally, we appreciate its seamless integration with Slack, which notifies us whenever a new campaign is launched and executed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We realized a limitation in its campaign performance monitoring and reporting compared to other email marketing solutions out there in the market. Also, the campaign customization feature is limited and generic, and bound to its platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Autopilot, we can quickly launch and automate our sequential email marketing campaigns with various objectives and track the progress within a single dashboard. And, they have a very dedicated and caring customer support team.
Really effective and efficient software
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is extremely effective for allowing our team to schedule and create bespoke customer journeys that allow us to add different stages and select variables to create complex paths. We've been able to schedule email journeys effectively through the use of Autopilot and it's automation features are really good. The goals feature is really good too. The support team is really quick to answer any questions we have and contacting them is easy to do with good response times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the first screen that Autopilot takes you onto which is only a minor dislike. The UI can appear a bit clunky on the dashboard but all of the actual features are really good. It's a bit difficult to scroll down the homepage to find insight at a quick glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving some efficency problems with Autopilot such as scheduling automated emails and creating lead funnel journeys. This is providing benefits as our team is able to focus on more meaningful tasks rather than manual enrolling. The personalisation features are a really big benefit
