Great for breaking into SMS marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface with easy to use features, great feature previews.

Nothing so far all working well, nothing to complain about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have never offered SMS marketing for our clients but Autopilot allowed us to change that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to break into SMS marketing, give it a try with free trial.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about it is the ease of use. You can easily segment your leads and easily create "complicated" paths for your customers using journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside really is that you can see that autopilot isn't in it's final form, which means that sometimes you'll have to connect multiple dots in order to get to the final result. But both the support & dev team are really quick to hear you, so it hasn't been a problem so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can really grow your business at scale with simple few steps. We just started using it and already noticed higher traffic and conversion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start slowly, and see if it fits your brand, than try to build a plan with all the tools you have in front of you

What do you like best about the product?

Autopilot has been a good tool to use but we had too many issues with the tool. There were a lot of disconnections with Pipedrive. The e-mail features are not that great.

Autopilot is a lifesaver

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is to me the best platform. To put anything you want on autopilot and let it do all the work as you do nothing. Even while you are sleeping. Whether it is to queue music over and over or content for your blog autopilot really is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing whatever. I love everything about autopilot. You can't go wrong and you are whatever content done without you completely stressing over about getting it done by the scheduled time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loading content on time.
Things that are repetitive.
Can queue your music or videos.
You can pretty much do any project with this amazing tool. I don't think a lot of people realize that.

An Awesome Marketing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
It's a breeze to set up email marketing campaigns and journeys. I like the ability to create custom fields and automatically synchronize with Pipedrive.

The screens are well-designed and not over-complicated. Underlying this uncomplicated design, is a lot of power. The Journey feature is powerful. Our subscriber records are regularly updated based on various actions: clicking links in emails and visiting specific web pages. You can implement delays, conditions, splits, and more as part of a journey. It is also very easy to quickly design and send email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Autopilot. No system is perfect, but after using Autopilot for a couple of months, I have had no desire to look at anything else. I have been pleasantly surprised at just how good it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being able to synchronize data from Pipedrive to a comprehensive marketing platform is a big time-saver. All the custom fields in Pipedrieve are sync'd and we are able to produce campaigns based on data in Pipedrive. It just works seamlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a free plan which is pretty good, but if you are prepared to invest a few more dollars each month into your marketing efforts, you'll get some additional features. It is all pretty transparent on the pricing page. It is worth investigating Playbook and Journey features during evaluation.

Generate More Leads in Less Time

What do you like best about the product?
We use Autopilot each time we add a new client portfolio. By sending emails to targeted audiences, you can convert them into regular clients. It is easy to use and doesn't require extensive training. A ton of time is saved by having all customer data in one place. Autopilot can create creative email templates that appeal to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience with this software, I have not encountered any major problems. Occasionally, it lags when we add a new app, but it is a minor issue. It might be resolved with a regular update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software allows the user to operate it from anywhere, thus maintaining productivity. We can target more specific and serious clients using personalized email marketing, saving us time. The statistics show more accurate information from which to make future decisions. With one click, we can incorporate more popular apps into this software, thus expanding our working area.

As a beginner, anyone can use this software. Recommended

What do you like best about the product?
The support feature. Alan, in particular, has been so good at answering all of my questions, even when I lodge 50 tickets a day.

I also appreciate that they are taking on board a tonne of customer feedback and making constant improvements to the platform. It's a super powerful tool that is miles ahead of its predecessor. It does take some time to understand how it works, but once you're in the ecosystem, it will change the way you interact with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process was a bit rough and unorganized, especially compared to the experience that I received when signing up for their legacy platform, Journeys. I needed to follow up quite a few times, and the onboarding process was unclear.

The platform and support did make up for this, but still definitely a massive opportunity for improvement. I do understand that it's still a new software and the kinks are being worked out so over time, I am sure they'll nail this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automating our entire sales follow-up flow. We used to manually follow up with all leads (1000's per month) but AP's integration with our CRM has streamlined our processes and left our sales team to focus on the "human stuff"

Review of AutoPilot Journey

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very comprehensive package, with lots of functionality for designing emails (more so than two of the major email tools on the market). Plus the Journeys tool is user friendly and good functionality. Finally, as an Australia NFP, they have a substantial discount for NFPs and very good support both in Australia and the US helpdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with US helpdesk, you have to wait overnight for a response. But there are Australia Account Managers so for anything urgent you might be able to get their assistance. There are also lots of helpful videos online if you needed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AutoPilot Journey is allowing us to synchronise with Salesforce as well as set up journeys for our clients and donors.
