What do you like best about the product?
The ability to play around with our emails, the intuitiveness, the data and analytics, ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can seems a little too much at first, understanding playbooks, automations, audiences, tags since they work differently from MC. Videos would be good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Robust analytics, better conversions, more insights into customer behaviour
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find a dedicated resource who can set it up, migrate your database from your previous email marketing platform (if you have one), spend some quality time understanding the wealth of possibilities with this platform, so you can level up your email marketing and customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Ortto is easy to use, with a fully visual interface. Has plenty of integrations and powerful features to support all my marketing automation needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features available in the previous version of Ortto, called Autopilot, is still missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralise my users data pipeline in a single place and fully integrate it with Salesforce. Support for user activity data to trigger email and SMS at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will still need to purchase a separate service to host your landing pages.

Quick and Easy Set Up

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration with Salesforce and how simple data capture is to set up. The interface is pretty intuitive so it's easy for new hires to pick up how the system works.
What do you dislike about the product?
webhooks could be better and a wide variety of integrations is always welcome. The intial domain set up was a little annoying that I had to verify company information, but I suppose I understand the need for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've managed to get a lead generation campaign off the ground quickly, and managed to align our sales and marketing teams via the integration with Salesforce. It's given our Salesteam a full view of the customer journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider where your data currently sits and how marketing will use it, there are a lot of integrations to be had with ortto and it's easy to get overwhelmed with the access to the data

What do you like best about the product?
Love how customizable the system is with the help of developers. You can definitely still use the emailing took without any dev help but you're able to do SO much more with the tool with some dev help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some bugs that their team is ironing out. Have found bugs with reporting. But thankfully their support team is quick and is able to fix things pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ortto to manage all of our email sales funnels. This ranges from automated welcome messages, nurture programs, offers, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Ortto's event and activity based automation is what makes it really stand out for us. We were using Hubspot but it wasn't scaling very well given the number of activities we want to track and inform journeys based on. So we chose Ortto and are happy with our choice! The support team is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I grew up on the Autopilot tools and the ability to add to lists was always excellent, so took some getting used to to get over that. Also the ability to visually put people into SoMe audiences was always really nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with our customers in a personal way. Hubspot wasn't allowing us to do that very well. Also, the ease of getting the team onboarded was greatly appreciated!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated all the marketing tools and for our e-commerce + SaaS needs, Ortto was the right choice.

Extremely easy-to-use and great support

What do you like best about the product?
With minimal experience with email marketing tools, I have been able to easily implement several campaigns without much support. The interface is really easy to use and allows customization without the need for html or another programming language. I find the entire tool very user-friendly and have been able to leverage for various customer experience campaigns. The support team is very responsive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing notable. I preferred the old name but that's just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer email marketing. We are leveraging campaigns to help with customer onboarding and activation. We are also using Ortto for any other customer lifecycle marking strategies.

One-stop-shop for email marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
The "Playbook" journeys offer an unprecedented amount of control and customization compared to our old email marketing platforms. Being able to essentially program how our content is distributed is very powerful.
The AI-powered copywriting assistant can be a good way of overcoming writer's block, and it really shines when it comes to re-writing subject lines.
The reporting and dashboard system is well designed and saves us an immense amount of time when it comes to reporting to management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no central hub for reviewing and editing existing email templates. Templates can only be saved by building out an actual email as part of a campaign. We have no option of going into an existing template, editing it, and saving the changes in the same template. We've learned to work around it, but this is still the one major UX flaw we have run into.
We use Woocommerce, and the integration is not as smooth as we had hoped. Reading the user guide, we see that Shopify is clearly the e-commerce platform with the greatest integration and support with Ortto - as Woocommerce users, this leaves something to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to customize and personalize customer journeys to an extent that we never could do before. Instead of simple branching customer journeys we were used to in MailChimp, Ortto provides a framework for us to sequence content, control touch points, and granularize the way we distribute it. It takes some getting used to but it's immensely powerful.

Steep learning curve from autopilot journeys

What do you like best about the product?
the design is much sleeker and less clunky
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit difficult to get my head around what all the features are in comparison to what they are on autopilot journeys as they are all named slightly differently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still too early to tell, but hopefully the pipedrive sync feature will help us email and track more efficiently

Automation and marketing strategies in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like Autopilot because it's agile and includes great tools to manage my leads and turn them into official customers of our business. I like that it combines multiple marketing tools such as channels, customer data and social media into one single platform where I can look at all these factors and get analytics and reports. I lean towards Autopilot because it's simple to use and it doesn't require much training for me to use, all the tools are self-explanatory and get the job done and the customer support is incredibly helpful ad answers immediately to any question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I would love it if Autopilot had its own CRM tools as I find the rest of the tools easy to use and know it would be such a time-saver to use it as CRM software too. In the meantime, I integrate it with HubSpot Sales Hub, which is also a great option and the combination of the two works great in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Autopilot to be a great ally in my marketing strategies as I can plan email campaigns and it has a great automation service as well as sequence. I can track each campaign's progress in the dashboard and get easy graphs and analytics that are colorful and easy to understand. I think that the main benefit is that i's able to target different demographics and turn them into our customers, and we have achieved very high rates while using this software. I think that it's great for working with my team because everyone can add notes and stickers into our sequences and everyone will be able to understand each other's vision during an email campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this software to both marketing experts and novices as it can easily adjust to people's level of understanding of marketing. It has great customer service and it includes user guides that are interactive and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of autopilot is that it gives data based on geolocation and displays analytics for every segment subscribed in a funnel
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't personally experienced any shortcomings of autopilot as such except the ability to connect to the mail IDs of the user via a funnel

Improve user retention, reduce churn rate and ensure users to use the app for a longer duration
