Great service, awesome customer support for a good price.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really good. A lot of the competition products were hard to use and took a significant amount of time to set up and to train people how to use. Ortto was much easier at both.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The functionality performs as it should I would only suggest more support videos and developer documentation. They had development examples in Python and Go but not for Phoenix or Ruby, yet. But not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our emails, lead capture, and customer journeys and overseeing the entire process. Ortto really does a great job of making it easy to set up and also visualizing everything that's going on.

What do you like best about the product?
Ortto has solved most of our problems thus far, each time we log a ticket it is solved as soon as possible.

We recently swapped over to Ortto from Drip, and the swap was seamless.

Ortto offered everything we needed at a cheaper price and with better integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not downsides that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is helping us to deliver value to our clients. We need to send out email campaigns and update our customers (and potential customers) monthly. In addition to this, we also use Ortto for internal campaigns to update our employees on everything happening within the business.

Miles ahead of its predecessor

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and general ease of use are miles ahead of anything I've used in the past. Generally navigating around the app is a great experience, and it's incredibly easy to find where certain things are. Email marketing, and lifecycles, are often complicated, but Ortto helps remove some of that headnoise.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the first adopters of Ortto, there are a few bugs to deal with. Our Segment integration had a few issues, and there are certain plan limits that we aren't aware of until we reach them (e.g. number of activities we can utilise). Through this though, the responsiveness and support from Ortto has been exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is helping us simplify our email marketing, while remaining targeted in our acquisition. The use of lists, audiences and email comms helps us form complex, yet exceptionally clear views of our customers, understanding when and how to contact them best.

Intuitive and Fast

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very friendly and supportive help team. It automated some of the processes. We now spend less time doing manual work. It’s making everything very easy. We don’t need to work outside of business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current API setup doesn't allow me to connect to Instapage. Integration is a very important part of my job and quite a necessary one. I have to do more manual work without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to manage and collect leads in one place. Creating and sending campaigns is quite easy. This app allows me to do whatever I want and when I want to. The interface is easy to navigate and I find everything I need quickly. I can’t wait for any new features!

Best Email Automation!

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce integration is amazing. I can create action based on automations based on fields within Salesforce. I had trouble finding any other platform that could do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see what emails were sent out from Salesforce. This is helpful for our users to be able to diagnose any issues or to know what communication has gone out for a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lost a lot of business due to Marketing Cloud journeys breaking down, not triggering, and not exiting. It was also a heavy lift for our team to maintain MC. Ortto is so easy to set up and track info.

1. Product features are constantly being updated.
2. There is a space for requested features, and a pipeline for users to see the priority of these features.
3. Capital 'A' for Awesome customer support and account executives.
4. User-friendly and familiar campaign management and creation dashboard.
5. Website builder form tracking alongside their indigenous form capture widgets.
6. Custom traits, Native Customer Data Platform and Traffic Analytics

1. New users might need time to get familiar with the software
2. Not having an Ortto University with certifications

With Ortto, you don't need to be a Marketing expert to engage your audience

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integrations with popular data sources, handy workflows and relevant reports. It's easy to verify your campaign engagement and even auto-re-send messages with a different subject to specific users who did not open your email 24 hours after it was delivered to their inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed to delete 25 audience groups I created. I had to click each one to archive and then delete the audience and repeat the process 25 times. It makes sense if I could mark all of them to archive at once and then, for security reasons, mark all of them to be deleted. There's a confirmation box where you type "PERMANENTLY DELETE" to confirm the whole process. So, if you're in a hurry, you need to be patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a small audience and I needed to send campaign emails to my leads from Pipedrive CRM. Ortto makes the whole process easy, cheap, professional, beautiful and fast.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Live chat support was great. Very quickly jumped in to provide solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't seem like you can use the same email twice in journeys - have to duplicate which causes clutter.
