    Computer Software

Powerful and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like Ortto because it feels like it's actually built for marketers—it's easy to build lifecycle marketing and campaigns triggered by user actions, the reporting feels robust, and the UI is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head! It's intuitive and pretty easy to learn. I can't speak to the analytics setup or original onboarding process, but as an end user it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is helping with our customer marketing—it helps us market to customers at relevant touchpoints with us like activations and conversions.

Unsubscribes are not automatically handled by the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create custom marketing automations and workflows. Also an integration with Zapier makes the tool work senselessly with almost any other tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM capability is still a bit disconnected between the legacy Autopilot tool and the new Ortto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto allows us to create custom workflows to automate customer / prospect journeys with a combination of email, text, and other communication methods.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple ability to connect to Salesforce, and attribute success of a marketing campaign according to a trigger in the CRM. That's something that we didn't find anywhere else, as simple as this
What do you dislike about the product?
It's email design is not as intuitive as the other big hitters on the market - mail chimp and campaign monitor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a way that we can easily sync contacts over to our email marketing tool, depending on changes in Salesforce, and have results in Salesforce reflected in the success of the email campaign

Switching to Ortto was the best decision we made in 2022!

What do you like best about the product?
We stumbeled upon Ortto when we were searching for Lead scoring tool. When we went thourgh the demo, we decided to switch our entire marketing automation from Hubspot to Ortto. They have an exceptional set of features tailored for mid size Marketing teams that want to work fast, test and adapt to market trends. The whole UX and UI is very intuitive, and their support is something beyond this world - express help at any time of day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the pricing is feature + usage based; I would love if I could automate my contact base maintenece - e.g. if email bounces, archive the contact automatically so it does not count into the active contact base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had several different tools that needed to be integrated into one. With Ortto we switched everything into one platform, and now we easily integrate it with sales CRM Pipdrive so we have the full picture. We switched marketing automation from Hubspot, product announcements in our tool from Appcues etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The software offers a wide range of potential solutions regarding the tools needed to build digital marketing campaigns. I have also used it as a social media analysis and advertising tracking technique. The interface makes it easy for me to visualize projects. Its functions and automation make it possible to categorize customers, personalize and schedule emails, develop email marketing campaigns and track their activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should improve a bit the technical support leave waiting for the user a long time, and this is unpleasant for those who need a prompt response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deployed it in the organization as a strategic meeting for email marketing campaigns and tracking information on social networks. It has yielded positive results in decisions made, as we have been successful in all aspects of sales. I have been using Ortto for a long time and have not had any execution problems; on the contrary, I think it can help you solve all digital marketing problems.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple - once you get your data connectors established, it's easy to do what you want it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support articles are lacking - chat and email can be quick to get back, but often times with links to pages that arent helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier for us to connect our new contacts and existing customers to the marketing journeys they should be on.

Quite different than its previous "brother" Autopilot

What do you like best about the product?
UX is very (I mean VERY) streamlined and polished, easier to learn and use for "non-technical people" than other platforms. Lots of integrations with main CRMs and Zapier. Fair partner program and collaborative support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Journeys are "one way" and don't allow branches, so some complex journeys require a bit of "imagination". Some features require Business plan, which is 299USD to start, and some companies might find it a bit pricey to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email and SMS nurturing journeys can be done in hours, are flexible to modify and can be deployed via API, which also has a callback to get data outside Ortto. For less technical uses, the app is quite easy to implement, and has a lot of options.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is so good, despite the fact that I'm based in the northern hemisphere it never feels like I have to wait more than a few hours for a friendly response.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a whole new set of terminology you have to learn in order to use Ortto effectively. I think I could be using this platform better if I'd set aside a few days to really get into it, or better yet had a training session, but unfortunately that's not realistic in my current role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new ways of reaching out to our b2c and b2b customers, all whilst having the analytics to back up strategy decisions. It's great to be able to do all of this from one platform.
