Would recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce integration works well. I can easily map custom fields and sync leads / accounts without any IT help. The workflow rules and conditions action items I can setup are very robust as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to use this product for my SDR team who does sourcing but the app does not allow it. Too bad, it's a good product.

A great tool with a great team behind it
What do you like best about the product?
Ortto's UI is super easy to follow and learn quickly. The best thing about them, though, is their customer support. They are always super quick to answer and make every customer feel valued when interacting with them. They also are almost always to find workarounds for a problem as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently with their Salesforce integration they are mostly set up to work with Organizations that use the Contact object instead of a Person Account. It does require more set up to accomedate but the customer support team has been great with helping us get it working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is benefiting us by giving us a great automatization tool that we use to help progress our clients to the next step in our sales processes. We also use them for marketing emails as well so it really is a great versatile tool
Automation options are incredible
What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can easily set up different types of campaigns, starting with SMS, Push, email or audiences. Journey creation is much simpler as well as choosing a filter audience instead of creating segmentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked if all the media available in Autopilot was moved over to Ortto as when we are creating campaigns from scratch we cant use previously used images. I would also have liked if the free SMS option would have carried onto Ortto from autopilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the time to analyze each campaign that is sent out, it has an incredible amount of metrics that can be easily analyzed. Also, the way to create A/B testing in emails is a lot more friendly than in Autopilot. Ortto allows you to select the type of AB testing to be done when creating a new campaign.
Ortto is great for our email marketing efforts
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to build journeys visually. We can reach our customers while also making sure to bypass those who don't interact with our emails, thus keeping our email outreach very healthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that Autopilot is segmented off from the main Ortto app. I assume they'll work on integrating those two things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing and lead scoring.
Good Marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create journeys, and great visual representation. A bit difficult to understand activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some conditions lack math capabilities, so the custom fields can't be used to their full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate emails, SMS and custom in-app notifications via webhooks to help with onboarding users, reactivate inactive users, all which would've been done manually otherwise.
Great customer service and all the marketing features I need!
What do you like best about the product?
One-stop shop for all my marketing tools. I manage a blog and website while conducting SEO so it's to have sign-up forms, automated emails, and lists all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything in particular, but if I am nitpicking then the first thing I'd consider is the design compared to other well-established email tools. It is not the most visually appealing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the tools to build high-converting sign-up forms, build email lists, and automated email sequences to reduce my workload as I manage a few different channels. Automation is key for my workflow and Ortto does it all.
A complete engagement solution
What do you like best about the product?
The journey builder makes automating messages to cohorts easy. Plus, you can leverage multiple data sources to make the messaging strategy contextually appropriate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We needed certain flexibility in contract terms that they couldn't provide. Our account execs were fantastic, but I would have liked more flex on terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Ortto is helping solve is how we programmatically segment and message specific user cohorts.
Great application for Auto-Pilot marketing!

Love the easy use and accessibility to create great, targeted marketing campaigns to our customers.

Nothing really, its easy to use and works great for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our customers informed on important information...
Better for small and mid-sized operations.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating journeys and visualizing them is rather simple with the drag-and-drop functionality. I work in business intelligence, not marketing, so it has been easy for the marketers to explain the journeys they've created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API is quite unreliable and the data we receive from Autopilot/Ortto has been messy and difficult to work with. If you're a larger organization that needs a stable API and wants to import lifecycle data into your data warehouse to run analytics, then you're better off with some of the larger and more expensive enterprise offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an email marketing platform that is able to handle our large distribution lists. We also need an API connection that can send and receive data between the marketing platform and our data warehouse. Ortto has so far allowed us to do that, but not without some headaches. Their support team has also been very helpful and engaged when we needed them.
Easy, once you understand the nuances and details behind it
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use. Most of it is click and go. I appreciate the fact that it allows me to create content easily for my newsletters. It's my first time using such a platform, and didn't run into a lot of difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging aspect of Ortto, for me, is writing the newsletter. The Block system can sometimes feel cumbersome and slow. Then, there's finetuning audiences. For example, adding users manually can be cumbersome at first. But, once you understand it, it's easier. The other thing I dislike is that stats aren't usually fast to come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the fact that we're starting a newsletter from zero be easy. At the same time, it's very instructional when it comes to stats and campaigns.
